hey, have fun out there! yah, if youre going to use any
non-water carwash, best to polish it afterwards.

Kenchan,

Just surrender and get the iPod. Steve Jobs is better than Bill Gates isn't he (in a mussonlini vs hitler sort of way).

Hope to wash this weekend but it's looking doubtful - both weather and time :(

So in the cupholder it's like perfectly tilted to be both visible and functional!

It's not like the cupholder actually holds cups, anyway...

ok, talk about a waste of time...

twc showed that it's cloudy and will be sunny from about 9am so
decided to wash my dd's before to swap time. bascially i only have
the morning to play.

anyway, as i was getting done washing expecting the sun to come
out, drizzle...and now slight rain. and twc still shows cloudy and
nothing on the radar.

if i wouldve known, couldve just taken the fits for a drive this am.
now that i washed it, i dont feel like getting it dirty again to wash it
again. stupid. i hate washing cars.

hope it clears up soon.

I use a Tuneflex, made by Griffin. I have a Velcro tab behind the holder and the pillar to keep it in place. Control is with the iPod, it charges the iPod, and uses the line out, not the earphone jack. The splitter in the cigarette lighter also has the power source for the Garmin nav unit.

looks good. that's a good idea.

well, it started to get lighter out so pulled out my G for some nice
motoring. came back my car was hit by bird crappage while
motoring. so it hit the top of the rear quarter and splashed to the
taillight. damn it i hate non-edible birds excluding penguins.

so i had chicken for lunch. so there.

and dressed the tires on my dd. looks good again.

I gave the Clubman a complete paint detail today, dawn wash, clay, a combination of Cut, Swirl, Amigo, using different pads for different conditions, then a coat of Epic, which I'm letting cure overnight before I rub it down. Then I'm going to give it, and Poco a second coat of Epic tomorrow. I'm beat, time to hit the chesterfield

sounds good. are you drying epic inside a garage overnight?

so yesterday i pulled out the CD changer and plugged my newer
zen player in my MCS, played with the eq to get it sound pretty
good. yep, using the cupholder for mine too.

i noticed that it's easier to use the mp3 player when it's not
mounted... i can just grab it, push a key or two and just put it
back in the cupholder as if that was my shirt/pants pocket. not bad!

being able to turn on the stereo without the key is a great idea.
very little battery drain. i monitored my battery maintainer but
it didnt drop power enough that it needed to recharge. and
that was like almost an hr.

It was fine, no wind last night. Temps stayed above 50F, and I used my compressor to blow off any dust.

Normal washing does not get all the product out of the fabric, making them not as soft, but a good soaking in WV every now and then does the trick.

Wee, put on my mud flaps yesterday and gave the car a wash and Hydro. Much needed. Now let's see if these mudflaps actually do anything.
