Must be summer, busy here
kind of a bitter sweet moment... all 3 of my Prima gallon bottles are
now empty.
but remembering all the good times i had with
the product brought back many smiles to my face.
actually that was just me checking myself in the paint reflection.
im cleaning up my utility room to move all my detailing products inside
before it gets too cold in the garage.

Ugh, my brakes are still screeching. It's not weather-related. I did wash my car this weekend and upon driving it for the first time after that, my brakes did squeal a lot for a minute, but then it just went back to the normal screech. It only happens when I put a specific pressure on the brakes; any harder or softer and it goes away.
Should I just open it up in an empty parking lot and slam on the brakes for a few times? It's quite annoying, mostly because I've got this three month old car screeching away whenever I come to a stop.

just part of having good brakes that bite.
you may have glazed the shoes by applying too soft of a pressure
while braking. on high perf brakes, brake stronger and shorter. on
cheezo brakes, brake softer and longer.
my brembo's dontsqueak when brakes applied correctly.
so my wing lip might be here next wk... (for MCS)
my seatbacks (bothsides) shall be here next week with STD and other
misc. (for MCS)
my HU should be here later on today (for FitS)
my griots box should be here tomorrow (spout and mag towel holder)
my griots dust car cover should be here in 2wks (G)
my WERFEN centercaps should be here in 2wks (G)
my wife will get many UA miles on creditcard without flying.

I still have my AX6 pads on from the Dragon run (because I'm going to the track in a week and am too lazy to change them) and they're godawful squeeky.... my wife borrowed my car yesterday and called me while driving and wanted to know if she had broken something, because the brakes were making this godawful sound every time she used them...
hey i got the griot's paper towel holder today (the magnetic ones in red)
and they are AWESOME! i mounted it to the side of the griot's heavy
duty mobile cart.
no more free spinning paper towel like toilet
paper.

Drove through 2 hours of snow on my way from VA to LA on Tuesday! I would never have thought that they would have salted the roads that quickly, but they did! Crystallized grime all over the Clubman when we got home.
It had to sit for two days til I could get in time for a wash today. How in the world do you northern OCDer's keep your sanity in the winter??? Just after sitting for a couple of days, I noticed the backend not really beading up like the rest of the car and the BlackWow looking a little worn. Re"wowed" and put another Epic coat on the back doors. My hat is off to you who keep them clean in the winter and have to deal with salt.

Awesome 18v DeWalt impact driver...
http://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DC825KA...5547134&sr=8-3
My mechanic has one, and the first time I watched him use it I HAD to have one...it's on my Christmas list.... light, compact, easy to use, gobs of torque for most MINI fasteners (not wheels, but just about everything else)... and no hose and much quieter than my 3/8" air impact driver... and the battery lasts a LONG LONG time....
