Ouch sally what happened??
My car was released to carrier according to my MA but she said it is not on a truck yet as of what she knows. Once it was released to the carrier, how long did it take you guys to get your cars. BTW my car will be shipped from souther cali to Northern Cali.

Ya Sally what happened? Are you OK? This is my greatest fear, wrecking the car before he's even a year old... but 2 weeks? Wahhhhhhhh
Giants... time frame my car was released to carrier "supposedly" on a Friday, arrived on Monday.. I rushed them to get it to me on Tuesday. It would have been Weds or Thurs. From what my MA said the trucks don't usually come on the weekends so unless it arrives at the dealer tomorrow (which it would if it gets loaded today or tomorrow AM) you're looking at sometime next week, depending on how busy your dealer is with workload for prepping cars.... My dealer was working on a 78car/mo projection and I was car 52....they were swamped!
Well my estimated delivery date has now changed to 11/5/06. Does that mean I might be able to pick my car up that day or does is the 5th the day the dealer is expected to get the car??

Thanks all for you comments. I am enjoying my limited time with Whipper (darn work). I am also wearing lighter shoes to compensate for having a right lead foot.
Homer...detailing will have to wait..parents are coming to town this weekend..and I have to get a new jar of peanut butter and peanut oil.
Giants..hang in there ..Nov. 5th should be when your MINI arrives at the dealership. Depending on when it arrives during the day and whether you're getting any accessories installed, you might be able to pick up your MINI the same day. So I hope your MINI arrives early in the morning, and all it needs is the final detailing.
Sally, so sorry to see your hurt MINI. I am glad you are safe. Did the airbag deploy? I hope you get your MINI back quickly as possible.

IT'S HERE!! I picked my MCS up yesterday. I will give it a bath to wash off the bugs from the drive home and upload some pictures. This is the funnest car I have ever driven. I couldnt ask for more from a car.

Homer...I know this is odd and I really should take this to the grave but...
I had a dream about Basil.
I know, I know...it's wrong
and CLEARLY I did not have control over it. I even recall thinking IN my dream...why am I dreaming about Basil and not my Scarlett!!
Anyway, someone else (there were 4 of us in Basil) and whoever you
allowed to drive Basil wrote in sharpie marker ON the pretty blue door, who was sitting where.
As we were motoring I just felt sick to my stomach...how could anyone WRITE on their MINI. lol...
I couldn't believe it. I couldn't breathe so I woke up and there was a dog laying across my chest!!
I should have this analyzed..what does it mean!
