Production Week 37 (September 11) Support Group
Homer...I know this is odd and I really should take this to the grave but...
I had a dream about Basil.
I know, I know...it's wrong
and CLEARLY I did not have control over it. I even recall thinking IN my dream...why am I dreaming about Basil and not my Scarlett!!
Anyway, someone else (there were 4 of us in Basil) and whoever you
allowed to drive Basil wrote in sharpie marker ON the pretty blue door, who was sitting where.
As we were motoring I just felt sick to my stomach...how could anyone WRITE on their MINI. lol...
I couldn't believe it. I couldn't breathe so I woke up and there was a dog laying across my chest!!
I should have this analyzed..what does it mean!

So far, I am the only driver for Basil since pickup at the dealer. Mrs. is afraid to drive him (still has issues after totaling our old suv on a mountain road in Colorado), and neither son knows how to drive a stick (and I'm not going to teach them in Basil)....Wish I know more about dream interpretations!
I've had less and less mini dreams since I took delivery, I guess I can now live the motoring experience instead of just dreaming it!
If it helps, I will try to visualize Scarlett right before eating chocolate before going to sleep....

Basil Was Stolen
lol...I wish I could lie and give you some delicious
actor that played your role in my dream. But I can't. lol....
HOMER! That's the thing!!! You were NO WHERE!
I was with three faceless people in Basil, just motoring around living it up. I was sitting in rear behind driver just feeling awful sick knowing when you saw Basil with sharpie writings on it, you'd be furious!
By my sick feelings, I assume we'd taken Basil without permission.
EEK!! We STOLE Basil!
ha ha...
Yeah...you do that. Eat some chocolate and think of Scarlett and let's chat again tomorrow
.... ha ha ha....

Thanks for the reminder, I need to PM her and see if I can get replacements. Cant have a one eyed MINI!
Whooooo Hooo, Congrats Giants!
Sorry Aggie, no mini dreams last night
I was hoping that Scarlett and Basil were frolicking through a twisty little road together, with no sharpies involved.....
Sally - when do you get your baby back? No, I don't think that counts as the first ticket in PW37 - I think we are talking about speeding tickets, and I can only say that I am a very lucky motorer. My 20 year old son was riding with me, and kept pointing out the very visible speedometer reading vs. the posted speed limit.

Tomorrow (Friday) is my birthday.. Moe and I are eagerly awaiting which "presents" we are to be gifted with from our wishlist!
Didn't want our thread to die out so thought I'd post us to the top.

Aggie - you are just a youngster! If I'm doing my math correctly (?), my youngest son is just a year younger than you?
Let's see, 50 - 32.... How can an 18 year old have such good taste in cars? Of course my 17 and 20 year old kids have a lustful look in their eyes when they walk past Basil in the garage.....

Thanks guys! My 18 and 22 yr old sons are taking me to dinner tonight.. of course both think he's driving Moe but I AM the ONLY one driving Moe.... we'll see what they end up feeding me!
As for gifts so far about $200 in gift certs and a glovebox organizer, plus the full detail/wax dealy tomorrow. Oh and the M7 strut braces... I'm thinking on thing I want to spend some of the cert $$ on is a second/replacement hoodscoop that I would get painted in the white of the roof... to blend into my floral checkmate style stripe. Also a set of coco mats....

I here you Aggie, though at the rate we are saving, I might be able to actually retire sometime around the age of 80.... but at least we're having fun now!
Have you hit break in mileage yet? I'm only 100 miles away

Are those some of StoopidGirl's eyes? Hope you're reunited soon. Riding in a Taurus is a bummer.
