Wheels are Varrstoen V3 16x8 +25 all the way around

Tires are Yokohama S-Drive 195/45/16 F (front was too low the control arm and exhaust flex pipe would occasionally scrap speed bumps) 195/40/16 R

camber i believe Front was at -1.5 and Rear is at -3.0
This looks amazing.

I'll post some better pics when I've got my rear arches back on - been doing some serious trimming :-)

newbie77 - what size tires are you running? Any adjustable control arms for the rear to dial in camber a bit?

205/45R17 at the front, 215/45R17 in the back. I hummed and hahhed over these sizes for ages as I know most peeps go for 205/40 and 215/40 to get a bit more clearance and for a bit more look of stretch, but round here the roads are so cr*p it's good to have that little bit more compliance and I just think they fill the wheel arch front and back a little better personally. Not being a hater about the smaller sizes, just my preference at the mo - I'm easily swayed so I'll probably go 40's all round next time!

adjustable control arms are on order

I trimmed away the metal lip on the arch and all the associated liner and lip on the plastic arches and it only rubs on the very back join onto the bumper arch trim as far as I can tell over big bumps now (so most roads, most of the time in lovely old UK) so I'm quite happy with it as it stands now. Will get the control arms at some point though just to tidy up the stance a bit.

I am a fan of the meaty tire look as well. Dialed in with control arms you should be good.

It is Diamond Racing Wheels. They make custom wheels for cheap! I only ordered one to make sure that I can turn in the front. It cleared! Lost my job at the time shortly after this picture and the Mini Cooper got repo'd. Didn't get to get the 3 other 15x12s. Bummer!

Here are some 15x10s I had on before trying the 15x12. 6" backspacing for these 15x10s. I think I had 1.25" spacers on my Mini at the time of this picture.

Here's my new car now! 2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS Hatchback. Same brand and model rims of the ones on my old yellow mini cooper! The Mini Cooper got repo'd with the white wheels so I had to order new ones for my new car!

Hey there! Well while im looking ur aveo, it makes me think a while back that i saw one similar to ur car in the freeway... Funny bcuz i haven't noticed ur license. Which is now surely im thinking n looking at this very same car lol. Digging the looks of your cooper before, n ur current car. Saving up some to go with this setup on my L/Y r53. Currently on stocks:(

Nice. Also if anyone is wondering, You can get wide wheels easily and cheaply on you Mini Cooper. Here is a picture of my Mini Cooper without the 1.25" Wheel Spacers but with 225/50R15s all around.

If you got 195/50R15 or 195/45R15s you could probably get away with it where you live if they are strict on tire laws. As you can see in the picture, the 225s are just barely sticking out from the fender so 195s should be legal.

The Mini Cooper was stock suspension. The rims are Diamond Racing Wheels 15x10 4x100 6" Backspacing. They will powder coat it it in what color you want (for sure black or white). I had 225/50R15s on in the picture but you might want to make sure your tire tread doesn't stick out because of your location, the police might be more strict on tire tread. 195/50R15s will have a little different look but it will still look nice!
