I see a yellow MC and Lexter in 'L FRESCA" most mornings, the girl in the Yellow MC never, ever waves unless you count a single digit version :( Lexter and I just need a White MC to recreate some kind of Italian Job traffic carving scene some mornings...

Oh - all this happens travelling North on the i5 between OSO and the 55fwy....

Last night I saw an CR/W MCS, again the driver ignored my wave :(

this call is to all UC IRVINE Mini's! I've seen a CR/W with holeys (practically a twin of my own car!) and a silver cooper out there on campus. Also another CR/W with white wheels that i waved to. Another Biege cooper i saw and waved.

 

EB MCS on Del Mar Blvd in Pasadena. This marks the first time a girl has ever initiated a wave. HA. Usually, only boys wave to me. Not that I'm complaining.

 

Many MINI's are starting to show up on my campus lately. However, there is a Black & White Cooper ('05?) that parks 15 feet away from me now. Plate reads "RUSTCAM" (I think)... Since I'm always late for class I haven't had a chance to leave a note (or take a picture! *wink*)...

 

I saw two on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park on Sunday. Neither driver waved...or even nodded.

 

Whoohoo!!!! She waved back!


Spoted a cr/w cooper s going 57south this morning! She had a littlr skull and bones sticker on her back window!

 

Man a couple of weeks ago I was behind 2 other MINIs in a straight line, I felt like I was in the Italian Job or something, but we all ending up going our seperate ways, I bet a bunch of people thought we were up to no good, and somewhere a bank was being robbed

 

HB/IB ? MC with a white roof, northbound on i5 - 7:30AM 10/18.

Waved to me in my HB MCS - made my day

 

Where on the 5? That may have been me!

 

Somewhere between about the 133 and the 55, I peeled off the freeway after the 55...

I left the 5 at about 7:45 ish I guess if that helps....

yesterday I saw 2 MINI's. One guy (out of state plates) stopped right beside me, never looked, nuthin. got a nice smile from a young guy in a black mcs in mdr, and a orange vert on robertson blvd in BH today.

 

Silver MCS heading north on Flower in DTLA this afternoon. Nice wheels.

 

I had a PW/PW MC traveling on my bumper for about a mile on Portola Pkwy in Lake Forest, CA a week ago. Before I could wave on my rear view, I had to break away.

 

Saw a cute MINI tonight parked near Hollywood Blvd with plate "Woodby". I think I've also seen this same MINI on the freeway driving home from work.

Fireball Tim on the 405N near Howard Hughes Pkwy - Got a wave and exchanged a few brief words.

 

Spotted a BRG/W Cooper (5:45pm) exiting at Rosecrans Ave and the 405 South Bound.
Before exiting, pulled beside me and acknowledged with a nod

Auto crossing the 406 daily I see upwards to a dozen MINI’s and perhaps 1 in 20 ever wave back...

 

Coming off the 215n, i rolled up directly behind a hot orange convertible @ the in-n-out (top up, one guy inside)... i decided not to wait in the 30 minute line and flipped a u... i waved but don't know if he waved back. it was dark.

That wasn't me, but I did happen to see two other BRG/W Coopers (other than myself) on the 405s around that area at around 545pm yesterday. I was heading down to Carson for a bday party.

 

...from probably one of the best looking colours for a MINI , a LY/W MCS heading N on the 215 at the s**thole of an interchange (91/60/215). Pulled right in front of me, flashed the lights, got a big ol' wave (license plate was customized....MDLFMINI I think). MINIs in the IE rock!! On the same note, last week I saw a LW/B MC on the EB91 through Riverside sportin' a SCMM decal. Gave a big thumbs up and peace sign, didn't get anything back....maybe it was because I was on my Buell (BB was in the shop getting the s/c replaced). Motor on!!

 

Okay, two sightings today.
First one was an IB/IB MC on the 210 in Arcadia. I waved and the wave was returned.
Second one was at the Santa Anita mall. CR/W MCS. He even waved before I could get a chance to! What a nice day!

 

tonight, silver MINI with I think florida plates on the 10, exited lincoln. This morning, a dark color (hey, it was 6ish and I was half asleep ) maybe BRG or Astro driving S on 405. I waved to both, but I don't know if they could see me.

 

Tonight (9ish) spotted LY Cooper S in Monterey Park on North Garfield at the 10; received very enthusiastic smiles and waves from the all on board.

Later (10p) came along side an EB Cooper S exiting the 405 at Inglewood, I waved; don’t know if they saw me.

 

I was in Monterey Park around the same time. I would have waved.
