Saw a cutie yesterday driving a B/W MCS... he was turning in front of me, I was waiting for my light.

I waved, he gave a big smile and peace sign. So cute!!

Oh and also, about a month ago, I was coming back from a DJ gig in Long Beach, decided to take PCH home for a nicer ride. It was about 3am... and came upon a PW/B MCS and we drove down PCH together for quite a while! Good times

saw a yellow conv on the 101 tonight with the number 33 on the side , dident get a wave back tho, i dont think the lady saw me , next time

I told her she got spotted. She says she saw you, but your tint was too dark for her to see you wave. She did think you were trying to pick at her for a second, but then she realized you were trying to get her attention. Just be glad she wasn't in her JCW, otherwise she might have gotten ideas...

Another MINI sighting in luxurious San Bernardino...

Saw a shiny PW/B about to get on the 215 freeway last night about 8pm. I was leaving the AM/PM.. Nice aftermarket black wheels and tinted windows as dark as mine. I waved but dont know if I got a wave back (darned tinted windows! lol)

 

Today around noon I was followed down Santa Ana Canyon Road for a bit by a DS/B MCS with bonnet stripes. The plate read TLYNJOB. I waved but couldn't see if it was returned.

Also, on the 15th I saw a GP get on the 91W from about Euclid and off at Knott I think. Couldn't wave was too busy drooling, plus they were 3 lanes over and ahead of me.

 

I loved your car, and am quite jealous! Yep, that was me, the Ohio plates always gives it away. But, nice gal, eh? I am hot dude! sizzlin!! Hey, I am excited, someone finally spotted me!

 

How did you know? Man, and that was the ONE day that I was driving nice. Usually, I don't drive so nice....

 

Good SoCal MINI sighting last night. Was eastbound on Olympic, just before Century Park West, I let a Cool Blue MCSc in ahead of me. The lic plate was BB Blue. Good one ... we played arund for a block or 2, then BB Blue had to turn

i spot 2-4 minis a trip. I drive for atleast 150 miles a day, i travel 4 diffent freeways from anahiem to Victorville. I wave at every one.. and no one waves back... its sad.. :(

 

This is one of the wonderful things about living in SoCal. Everyone has their own agenda and is in a rush to get to where they are going. They don't take time to see what or who is around them. We have the me first attitude. Most don't wave until you do. So wave away and you'll get a few back. You'll get my wave if your going down the 210 in RC.

yellow & black (w black stripes): pulls along side me in the turn lane- frantic waving! yay! (cute puppy too); about 90 minutes later, same street different direction: "jet black, JCW, aero kit, vanity plates, tinted windows- i'll get a wave for sure" i say. nice looking woman inside- looks over, NO WAVE?!?! What can I say? (Too all the nice looking women inside- we're not hitting on you. Well, most of the time we're not).

 

I drove through Santa Ysabel today and saw two blue Minis at the pie shop. I stopped to say hi. Nice Minis. I was driving my Chili Red Cooper S. I will be out in the back country tomorrow, will probably stop in Julian and maybe Borrego Springs. Wondering if anyone will be out that way?

Also followed a dark silver going down Torry Pines Road. He was showing me how the corners bend. Wonder who that was.

I'm visiting from up north for a couple of days.

 

Saw an apparent IB, could have been hyper blue Cooper last night in Hemet. At first I thought someone had stolen my car! Then I looked to see fog lights on the front bumper. Yahoo, not me! It had been in a 3 way accident, rear-ended by someone who had first sideswiped another car. Ick.

Made it out on Sunday. Saw Yellow with Black in Borrego Springs at a lunch stop. No other Minis seen. Went up Palms to Pines, up Mt. Palomar and then to Julian and over to Borrego. Thought I would see a few Minis.

 

hehehe. That was you??? sweeet. I not met you before. I live in the area, and so do a few of the nuts, you and your bf can come hang out with us anytime.

I was driving the new GP, I think that was only my 2nd or 3rd day with it.

Hopefully we will start participating in some MINI functions. We went to the autocross in October, but we didn't drive since my car was still in break in. Maybe I will see you on the road again. I am always driving around.

 

I spent the last 3 days in La Jolla and spotted a CR MCS with the plates YVETTE2 from Tuscon AZ. Had reindeer antlers and red nose on the bonnet. Was cute. I was in the family SUV though--with my 4 passengers--so couldn't all fit in the MINI.

I saw a Mini that looked identical to mine down Moody St. in La Palma. only difference I could tell was the exhaust.

 

There's a shiny black MCS that parks in the same lot as I do... named Wednesday. SO CUTE!

 

I've seen about 5 other MINIs in my parking lot at Century Plaza Towers,... is it anyone here?
