Check the OL, check the OL!!! Mine has been updated, the status is now At VDC and if I look in the Review Order Details, I have an ETA of 7/31/07. That means my MCSa should arrive at Rasmussen on the 31st!! Woohooo!

Official ETA is 7/31 same as yours. I'm still going to hope for sooner though

My MA is out until Monday so I'll be calling the sales manager at Rasmussen later today to confirm the ETA and try to set up a delivery date/time.

I think it's great! In OR we are limited to six characters so I'm limitted as to what I can choose. Though I'm leaning towards S1MPSN, my wife has SIMPSN on hers.

I don't know about Oregon, but we're given 7 letter/numbers and one floating space in Cali. You should check to see if your DMV has an online plate checker. It's loads of fun seeing how many combos you can come up with!

 

Yes, unfortunately, we only get six letters/numbers, they do allow one space and we don't have an online plate checker. We have to submit the request with choices in the order of preference so it the first one isn't available they'll try the second one on the list, etc.

Intendoe, You and I are in the same sitution. OL still shows "en route". Where is your dealer location? Mine is Irvine Mini, Orange County area. I was hoping to pick up and take pics before Simpson and Unixgal.....

 

Mine is Mountain View like Unix. I wonder what's taking so long to update. I wonder if mine is even going on the same truck as Unix's. This is killer. I'm going to call my MA today for an update.

 

My dealer eta is 7/29 in Sacramento.

 

You still have a chance. My ETA is only for its arrival at the dealership. I probably won't be able to actually take delivery until Friday August 3rd. My MA is out until Monday but the sales manager won't commit to a delivery date for me yet. I hope to get a confirmed date early next week.

EDIT: Unixgal's ETA is also only for arrival at the dealership, not picking up.

Actually for the most part I haven't a clue about all of that text speak stuff. But yes, I am a computer geek, or nerd or something like that . I've been repairing computers and provider PC support (hardware and software) for about 15 years now
