You are absolutely correct! He was an unbelieveable drummer and I miss him greatly. I will leave it at that.

My MINI is named after him because of it's power, rather than it's size, just like Bonzo. He packed a lot of power, spirit, and passion........just like my new MINI!

I've been thinking of names for a while now, but I think I need to expirience the car before I know for sure. I am leaning towards Piet, right now, after the great modernist painter Piet Mondrian. The names sounds short and sweet(just like a MINI) and the other day I saw a Mini Billboard that looked Mondrian-ish, so I took that as a bit of a sign(hehhhehehe, pun intended).

Status 160 now!!! Looks like the paint shop was just a back log in the system. I was there for 3 days, and then now its released to distribution! Lets hope they didn't forget everything else? Ahhh what a sad looking mini that would be!

Just got updated to 153 this morning!!! I think that means that production has started on my mini!! Wow, i totally missed his first paint job....will he ever forgive me?!!

 

To the rest of the 2/28 crew...considering I am last...How long did it take to go from 160-193 and ready at the docks? When do you know what boat I'm scheduled for?

Not in the '2/28 crew' but anyway... go here http://213.31.205.37/GLWebApps.AppTracking and click auto, type last 7 of your VIN and you should get info as to what boat you're booked on, IF you're at that stage after production that is.
