Whew! Do I have a surprise for you Guys tonight

Check out this webpage I threw together: CWFAC

I used the Configurator to determine what everyone's MINI will look like! Hopefully I got all your options and colors correct, but if not, please let me know!

It's kind of an overwhelming page, with so many MINI's. PJ and JeremyPo seem to have very similar looking IB/W MCS's, ditto with BBuskas and rb905678 and their DS/B MCS's, more twins are MiniMarc and SemiImbecile with their DS/W MCS's.

Cheers,
Ryan

Ryan, Thanks again for the great work.

Just one thing, I ordered the 16's with the 5-star silver wheels. I would love to see what they look like when you get some time.

thanks again

Andy

Sorry - I am new to all of this. I have been going to the owners lounge to find out info on my Cooper S. It is scheduled for production on Feb 28th. I will call 1-866-ASK-MINI tomorrow to get better info.

Can you add me to your list? Production Number 3680429

Thanks
Barry

Welcome to MCO my2003mini! I sent you a PM, you can respond privately, however I'm sure the other members are curious to know what your options are and what city you're in!

Cheers,
Ryan

Things work differently here in Canada, I called MINI Canada and my car is not built yet, but is set to be built soon they say....................they couldn't tell me anymore. At least I got to confirm they got my order right and I am getting the yellow with red interior...........only one in north america I think!

Oh yea, looking at the stats on the cars, mine has the xenon lamps too, all Canadian cars come with them.

Cheers

<< if your car is at 112(schedualled for production) you can still change stuff, but once you get to 150 it's mostlikely too late because your car's about to be built!>>

Actually, I'm 112 status and was told that it was too late to make any changes to my order. While I was waiting for the order to be accepted I could make changes, but once it's accecpted and scheduled for production, that opportunity is gone. That's what ASKMINI told me.

Works for US based orders only. All other production numbers that I ahve seen are 37xxx, mine is 87xxxxx.

Will try another way...., also pricing out the JCW;s kit as it is dealer installed anyway...

Anybody have the exact part details? Is the head replaced?

Ryan, you are such a fabulous official KOTL! I think if all the clubs got togather and had to vote on who's keeper was the best, it'd deffinately be you!

One thing - you left out my chrome bits, and I'm not technically signed up for rally lights, though you config. makes me want them even more!

Any oppinions on my wheels out there? I still can't decide if I should be a total oddball and opt out for the 8 spoke 15"-ers(odd because I have the sport pack) or if I should keep the r87's since I've never seen anyone with them.

My Friends and Fellow Americans:

Just checked; Status 182 [Aren't they a musical group?], ready to be placed on a train to get tho the ship, to get over the water, to get to me. Katie, I don't mind waiting a little longer; my birthday is 3/28, so the closer my birthday present arrives to that date is just fine with me. Also, when the weather is better, more people will be outside to see me and it together. Make the weasels jealous, I say!

OK, I think what I just figured out is that my car is at the port of exit(status 193 I think? maybe I should call askmini). The Jinu Maru picks up the car on March 3rd, and is should be at the NY port by March 11th. Does this sound right to anyone? Eeeeehhk! It's wierd being the first person to do this, I wish all of your cars were built and ready to go, then there'd be a real party on the Jingu!

Thanx Ryan, your input really helps!

SO OMG you know what I just realized? IF(and a big if it is) my car actually makes it to the NY port by the 11th, you think it's possible that it could be ready for pickup in Peabody, Ma, by the 17th??????????????
That means I could actually get it during my spring break, IN MARCH!!!
no, no, that couldn't possibly be possible, now could it?
