Wheel swappin'
I met a fellow NAM-er in Montgomery, AL at 7:00am today to swap wheels. Here is an after picture. I say it's a WIN-WIN!
I was up at 4:30 to get there by 7:00. Thank goodness for the time zone bump! Too bad all of my motoring to and fro was interstate, but I needed to be back home by 2:00pm.

I added these a few weekends ago...
Technically it was within the last 24 hours but I managed to find an underutilized highway with losts of elevation changes and twisty-turnies and opened Bloo up to let it breathe. Then I came home and ordered some carbon fiber and resin so I can build him a custom airbox and tube over behind the headlight. I have a week of here for Thanksgiving and I think it's high time I taught my 7 year old daughter to lay up carbon fiber.
Got my 16% pulley installed at "Tech Day" yesterday!
Thanks, Rick, for the great deal on the used pulley!
Also got a BSH lower motor mount, since the shop that was hosting "Tech Day" had them in stock, and new rear struts since the old ones had started leaking....
I'll be going back soon for new control arm bushings. AZ is really hard on rubber, so naturally, for the sake of longevity of the repair, I'll just *have* to get polyurethane replacement bushings....
C ya,
Dutch
