What did you do to your mini today?
I situated my scangauge today. I tried using the 3M Command adhesive, but it wouldn't stick to the dash. So at the moment, the gauge is wedged into place to the left of the tach.
I'm going to make a pattern and either cut some material or ask a friend to cut an aluminum panel to mount the SG more permanently next to the tach.

Wednesday, Molly went to the Dealership for her 3.5yr. (has it really been that long) Check Up, Chrome Mirror Caps were supposed to go on, but one was scratched so had to be re-ordered!!
Today she got her Tires Rotated!!

A few strategically placed pieces of Velcro worked for me. The 2 contact points being the vent (left) and the dash ( next to the tach). Once in a while I just give it a little push inward to make it re-adhere. The cable can be pressed into the little channel formed between the steering assembly and dash plastic to give added stability. I hope you find the solution that works best for that handsome Cooper. The Scangauge is a wonderful gadget
Cover the chrome with plasti-dip, tape, etc. Some vendors make products specifically to cover up chrome bits.
I installed my Redlinegoods shift and ebrake boots, door pull and armrest covers. Still need to take pictures but very happy with them!

KIWI WOW'd
I used KIWI liquid polish on all black plastic, top and bottom. Worked great; very easy to apply. Now we'll see how long it lasts. Looks good, don't it? Makes me want to do the belt-line blackout.

I am going to do the cap white. I don't remember the paint that was used I had them painted over a year ago. I finally had them installed and well lets put it this way I have a lot invested in them.

I have to find some paint to touch up some spots on mine and thought of doing the handles and gas cap. I'll probably have to get the touch up paint from the dealer to get a perfect match.
Thanks!
Ya I had the door handles painted because one of the original chrome ones was dinged from some dumb *** in a parking lot. So I had the new ones painted and finally got around to installing them. Well having someone install them.
I received and installed my DICKS GARAGE/WWW.HOTRODSHIFTKNOB.COM shift ****

It was actually yesterday, but I got to AutoX my MINI, a lot, and really get to push it. It made me smile how well the lil guy held the tarmac. This car is absolutely amazing, I wish I would have gotten a MINI sooner!
