Prob two thermocouples and a simple logic circuit should do the trick. I will post some pics as well, I have the feeling that some minor trimming of the lower valence may be required but I'm hoping for complete stealth.
Motor on, mates ............
Sounds like a good plan. I'd love to see a separate thread on this as it develops. Some of the tricks you're planning to put on this could easily be adapted to the R53 engine and engine bay....

Did my Oil Change at 5000km, Found a slight boost leak, checked my exhaust vbands, re-aligned my FootWellModule so my headlights aimed a lil lower. Drove about 100km today and it ate the road.
The SSQV sounds great in a the dense city and makes everyone look twice!
Tomm I have to reset my TPS, as this cold front keeps setting it off every morning... Is that happening to anyone else? Ive had it in the past.

^^^^350+ WHP^^^^ I want to see REAL DYNO SHEETS on that one!!! The changing weather always ****'s with TPMS sensors. You can loose 3-5 psi of air with a good temprature drop. Only thing you can really do about it is buy into all of that NITROFILL (NITROGEN) BS! What they dont tell you though is if there is ANY air left in the tire (99.999 Chance of that happening) the light might stay off a week in changing weather, such schananigans!!! (Its just a gimmick to make dealerships money$$$) As for SPL compitition, What class? DB Drag or IASCA? New mike or old? What mike placement? Any pics of this setup?

Anyhow I did some graphic design layout on my front end tonight. Looks pretty good with a good buzz going on, I will post pics tomorrow if I think its still what I want.

The blue tape is going to be black, or carbon, and I need the lower grille, but you get the idea.

What do you think?

Lets see, I did the top with the 303 Fabric Top Kit. Then we have a MINI Meet coming up this weekend (last one for the season) so I took the wheels off and painted the calipers and cleaned up around the rotors....turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself

Can't wait to see a pic of the finished product........very cool
BTW, I'd go flat black with the hood stripe.....but you can't go wrong either way.

I see Im not the only MINIac who thinks a 40K RPM chopsaw is a factory Cooper hood accessory. Joe, I cant start a new thread unless I pony up. I feel my wallet arm being bent behind my back. LOL.

All of the Dark Silver is going to be matte finish, Gloss black on the roof, and probably either matte black or dry carbon vinyl for the hood stripe. I will also be doing some R53 CHALLENGE graphics (NOT the round bubble type for the number plate. Those are for the R56!) in a little different of colors than usual.

Have emailed Aesthetic Creations to see if I can get another road sign for the left side to balance it out..um, I can email you a pic and maybe YOU could post it (if you really need proof)...lol

Ok Folks as I have razed GigglesMcMini (see above) about this elustrious Window Sticker, I thought it only fair that I be the one to try and get this posted on NAM for all to marvel Gi
Giggles as promised I've been able to post your pic. of said Mod...

Note: This is not my MINI but a fellow NAMer asked if I could help, so I did!!
Thanks so much! I contacted Aesthetic Creations (who made the decal) and they are sending me an additional curvy road sign for the left side. It was originally positioned in the center, but with my split barn doors it looked better on the end..
