Another supercharger fan

Consider me another interested party. I'd prefer a solution for bigger power that keeps a supercharger on the motor. That's a fine looking setup if nothing else. What kind of plans do you have for reliability testing?

That's the most quantifiable at this point but I get the feeling it will never be enough for some.

I would think that this kit would incude either a new or refurbished M62 blower. Will this SC require any different maintenance than our stock one (basically nothing)?

From what I have read the maintenance is the same.
Of course the auto manufacturer can specify what they want but they usually follow suppliers guidelines.

Eaton recommends you change the oil every 100,000 miles

obe and Rob, thanks for the confirmation. Please share the dyno results when you can. Should be interesting to compare it to the many with the stock blower...

No dyno results yet guys, but be patient. Dave is extremely thorough and he has been driving the car as much as possible to test for any problems/leaks. So far everything is great. The A/F ratio has been staying consistent at around 10.5:1. He told me last night after driving it there is a very noticeable increase in power and it runs through the gears very fast now.

My fiance is picking up the car today around 4 because we have to turn in our loner car tonight, and she's goin out of town in the morning. I plan to drive back to DDM Works in the morning to meet with Spider and let Dave do a few more tests. If it isn't dyno'd this afternoon it will be in the am. I'll post pics and driving impressions after I drive it this evening.

Fantastic. I apologize if mentioned earlier, but what are the mods on this car, beside the M62? I seem to recall that it is otherwise stock... Thank you Ryan.

Hopefully Rob can clear this up once he has confidence in the tune but the consistent 10.5:1 needs to be explained better.

Please don't think this is picking, it isn't. I would just like to know where this ratio occurs. If it's at peak...fine. If it's at idle weeeelll.....

I hope this comes across that way I meant it

I was going to ask that as well, but I understand that Rob might not be at liberty to go into such detail now. I'd also be curious to know how A/F is being obtained. In time I'm sure we'll know...
