I'll have to second this opinion. I've driven a lot of Minis in the last 4 years , some that were SUPPOSED to be fast, and some that WERE fast. Spidey's was FAST !

OR PUT A VIDEO CAM IN THE CAR .

Would someone please capture the moment.

If this thing delivers just half of the expected performance, my gut tells me that he will not be able to get out of the car because of the raging bulge he has in his pants. Sort of like the "thumbs up" seal of approval - just that no thumbs are involved .
What I was thinking ^

about 215 whp w HDI and a good cat ....the dyno that was done in the severe heat in Greenviile (over 100 deg)with a bad cat and a leak at the AGS intake was about 200 whp.... the custom tune went to hell when I put the cam in.....I am going to be very happy at 250whp....we are hoping for a 30% increase which could be 260 on up.. initially there will not be a custom tune to maximize but rather just good safe A/F.... we probably won't go for max until the car has run for a while with some milege on it.

Stratmosphere is sending me one of the first new headers with the new cat on the 26th.....

You have nothing to fear . If needed I will bring the new family guard dog along to assist with security . Anyone touching the products will risk being licked to death He is wide and low to the ground , his name is COOPER

Hello all: The "S" is my fathers and I am 16 years old and I have a couple of questions. 1. I keep seeing WHP, what would the total WHP be with this kit on a car that is basically stock with only a 15% pulley, CAI, and Catback exhaust. 2. How will car's with this kit stack up to the current hot hatchbacks,(SRT-4's,R32's, and WRX's, stock of course). Thank You for answering these questions. I'm trying to get my father to buy this.

rolling acceleration, i think you'd have any of them covered, but R32s and WRXs have 4WD, so their starts are crazy

Long ago, TULS, the crazy horsepower man, who works with Fireball Tim and Dr. Fuh, said a MINI with 210whp or so (i think it was his..) can keep even with EVOs.. if M62 and basic bolt on can put you around 230whp.....

Enough said.

WE don't really know yet..... the stock car IS getting between 180 and 190 whp and my highly modded car we are hoping (educated guess) for 250 -260 whp... but we don't really know yet.... as for a car with some mods... we think the kit will increase your hp by 25 -30% but that is a guess.... more testing to be done.... kits should be available some time in Sept. as people buy them and dyno them we will learn with you.....this is one mod where a larger TB is recomended by DDM along with the other usuals.... the pulley sizes are yet to be determined......

I think the image of this dog is a little small for the size of the dog... and I really appriciate all the posts with it in the middle of this otherwise interesting thread.
