0-60 - 4.1
1/4 mile - 12.55@116
3050 lbs with driver

Quick Paul, how much power is it making? Just yanking your chain

SC

More than mine thats for sure with that mph and weight, and it sure aint a mini with that 0-60

I just recognised that bhp figure of Bens, you've got a full on GTT turbo conversion on slicks

Nah, that's my Honda S2000 on street tires Paul. Puts down 365 to the hubs at 10.5 psi with a Rotrex.

That sucker hooks up, I cant rememner who it was but Hubie new them when we were in Englishtown there was this mad silver turbo Honda S 2000 which was all over the track because of the IRS out back, I'm sure it was in the 10s at 140s on and off the throttle.

What a blast that must be on the street with the hood down, what sort off rpm does that sucker go to, post a dyno chart

What? You can't make power with a Rotrex in an S2000 .

When Kraftworks started developing the Rotrex for the S2K I went on the S2k boards to see what people thought. Those boards were full of armchair QB's saying it will never work. It sounded exactly like the Mini boards when we built the Rotrex Mini . It will never make real power!!

Nice numbers and at only 10.5psi .

Well I don't want to get too off topic on a Mini forum, but I'll PM you a chart when I get back tomorrow. Nonetheless, it revs to 9000rpm - all stock internals, 91 octane pump gas. The nice thing is, it still uses the stock exhaust. Only mods beyond the blower are the header, clutch, flywheel and suspension - oh, and the engine management. It is very fun to blow off the AMGs, M3/M5 and 911 owners. With some RA1s I think I'll be able to put a scare into the 911 turbo and GT-R owners too.

Anyways, back to the original point - any Mini owners coming by for dyno testing/tuning just ask to borrow the Racelogic box and go out and do some in gear runs. I don't recommend standing start stuff because you'll need to practice that, but 30-50/50-70 etc. are pretty easy and relatively low risk.

No, actually no one that works for me owns an Accord I have a Silver S2000 (among other things, but that's the car we're talking about). Just ask for Shawn when you want to borrow the racelogic.

The time I have been there they had an Acura RDX with a 3" turboback, tune, and race fuel...it was a hoot to ride in.

Sounds like Danny's Acura. Many fine cars around Shawn's place.

Sounds like everyone is stopping in Long Beach on the way to AMVIV.

I'm sure there would be many willing participants to take your car to Vegas for you. You wouldn't want to deny it some fun and start acting up would you?

Ah yes, Daniel's Acura RSX - 2050cc, 530 hp to the hubs on pump gas. You have to love Garrett ball bearing turbos. We had a similar build but with a much bigger turbo (BorgWarner S372) make 928 whp on VP Q16....:O --- Sorry, I keep going off topic. Look forward to seeing some of you folks on your way to Vegas.

I was curious about this because my wifes speedometer is off in her MINI because she runs 16 in rims and thin sidewalls. She was following me and I was doing 80 and her speedo said 90. How would this factor into it

It wouldn't matter batrugger. The racelogic box uses precision GPS measurements. In fact, you guys can even figure out exactly how much her speedo is off.

Yup its a wicked biy of kit, bit of a heartbreaker though.

If you could hire it off Shaun for Button Willow it might help her aftewards because you can see what line she taken and see what segments on what laps she was quickest.

Here some off Jove at Mallory on the 28th Dec
