Drivetrain Historic dyno moment 24.1.09
Oh and I made a solid 250WHP a year and half ago with the Rotex and 380's
. And that was on a DynoDynamics with the hood closed. We did about 7 pulls while never turning the car off to cool it down. The number from each pull was the same as the last. 250WHP
Gotta love the Rotrex

Oh and I wonder who this could be
Get a life and dig a bit deeper next time you sad little man before signing up on here and jumping in, please, link me to where I said I drove a time at a track day when in fact my car was being driven by somone else.
Are you talking about when John Barker from EVO magazine drove the car at Bedford perhaps?? Pauls joke about me going from the car park to the burger van in 1.18 after I spent a day with the Challenge team watching them drive Castle Combe?
Would love to see this reading material if you've got it, or if not... jog on pal!

but im not.The post in question was re posted on another forum when your own board shut down........I will have to dig it out, you were getting well ripped up!
I just get amused by your "jog on" attitude on your twisted version of your tuning, its not dull for sure
I can proudly say mine are clean as a whistle
Just remember why your car makes power everytime you fire up that RMW head
Just remember why your car makes power everytime you fire up that RMW head
But thats the funny thing we have never criticised the RMW head, we know all the top people in the industry had a hand in it to come up with how it performs today.
We just recommend to people what we believe is the right combo of parts for there needs / budgets and get people to deal direct with your goodself so there is no middle man having a slice of the action so all the net profit can be funded back into R&D, so we can all go faster.
Unfortunatley I'm bored off people asking me what difference a mod makes in the real world be it 1/4 mile times 30 - 70 30 - 100 etc etc.
Manufactures have started to take note off what we and our customers are acheiving and now want to work with us on R & D programs.
So our customers or people on the boards benefit by seeing what combos we're running and what times are acheived.
I think its sad that your company and your chief tester cant pass this information on, I personally believe that you'll loose out on sales this year through it.
But hey what do I know........

I'm afraid I like cars and appreciate what other people achieve even if I cant do it myself.
I appreciate slicks but Jan does make a big deal about driving to SOW, but bolting slicks on in my opinon puts him on the same level as a race car, if he rolled up on 888 raced and then drove home, then you cant argue with that.
I would guess it might bump him 1 sec or 2 secs a lap down though.

Now I know you are hitting the bottle. There's a funny trend of how ridiculous your posts get further into the evening hours(that's not saying they are completely sane in the morning). But honestly Paul, I'd love to see you develop something, hopefully you will be full of funding with what you have shown folks around the world you can do with cars. Come on, get in the game and give us something new.
Two for Shawn from Sunday,
The mph is within .45% of each other.
Though the ET has 8% difference.
So which one should judge horsepower from, the one that stays consistant or the one that can vary depending on traction?
Forgot to turn off ASC
time 11.19am
60ft 2.8342
330ft 6.8351
1/8 9.9360
mph 80.33

1/4 14.7828

I dont make it, but I did comission it to be done for the Mini's, so does that make it mine?
Personally I dont think so as I didn't come up with it, but he'll be putting our name on it and he's more than happy to do that as I didn't ask for it.

Neither Paul, neither
Of course, I am being a good sport by throwing out some numbers for you to churn even though I disagree with the significance you assign to it. Just want everyone to be on the same page, and its a shame that so many folks get so pissy.
Did you note that comparing the dyno numbers and 1/4 mile times for the FWD car I listed to something like Jove's time and numbers (when you correct both for atmospheric conditions of course) indicates your Dynapack over there is reading similar to mine?

Dude get a life, I dont know who you think I am, but I see you have pissed off a few on the way so I see why you think I could be an old friend
but im not.

I see you picked up the 'jog on' attitude so that'll be the second time you've heard it then
Well I'm glad I'm not dull, but please dig up that other thread where I'm getting ripped over some figures that weren't quite right... from memory the only figures I've ever put on a forum are vBox and dyno sheets but I could be wrong. Or better yet, please tell us all about your car to show up my twisted version of tuning and how it should be done.

You'll have to take my word that I would beat your time... Trust me I would
