Not much is done at inspection 1, my guess would be $500 or less.

thanks, lotsie. 500 is ok. 500/6yrs of ownership = $83/yr. or $0.23/day.

So i decided my mower blade needed sharpening before I cut the grass. I used the mower blade attachment on the Dremel. It worked great, no need to pull the blade off

we're all thinking lotie's going to wash his cars, but he's probably
just going to grab a beer, get half naked, and rest on his newly painted
(ahem, stained) porch.

No, I'm now going to KILL stuff with round-up, as I have had a beer now after cutting the grass. Then I'm going to wash the MINIs

I just had a great wash/Hydro, finishing just before the sun got behind the hill. Wash, Hydro, Clarity the windows, Nero the trim, and Four Star the tires.

Tomorrow I need to vacuum the interior and probably Nero the seats too, since I had Perry in there last week Dusty doggie prints on the seats.

Just polished off my 2nd gallon of Mystique Have another one waiting, ready to go.

OH and I used my Griot's mega-huge wash pad and new super-size waffle-weave. Great stuff Makes washing and drying so much faster! And with the big pad I can reach the center of the roof with no problem.

PAC8000S

Hi...I was wondering if you got this A/C. Do you like it? If so, could you tell me where you bought it from? I read similar positive reviews.
Thanks,

This compact unit is capable of cooling up to a 250 square foot room and offers a three speed fan function and a dehumidifying function in addition to the air conditioner function.

...to try to alleviate the heat in the master bedroom that I was talking about a couple days ago. It has an exhaust hose that you place in the window, so instead of a big, ugly unit hanging out the front of the house, this will hopefully be hardly noticeable. And it doesn't have to work hard because it's supplementing the central a/c.

We'll see how it works. It was only $300 and has a high customer rating, so seems like a good bet.

Yeah, we've had it now for a couple of weeks. LOVE it. I've been sleeping sooooo much better now that the room is cooler. It is a little on the noisy side when the compressor kicks in, but I got used to that after just a few days.

I got that from this place:
