Must be winter, quiet here

On a different topic, ever get the feeling there are like six questions on the detailing forum that just get answered and asked again and again?

I'm not THAT much further south than you... but far enough that it makes a difference. Still, the days will be WAY to short here in another month.
Blimey's washed, BG'd, driving lights reinstalled, headlights aimed, air and fluids topped off - ready to roll.
Banana Gloss rocks. I heart BG.
I also heart ICE carwash with the Griot's sprayer. It works SOOOOO good - I have my autocross/mountain pads on right now - which are INSANELY dusty. Blasted most of the dust off with jet of water, then sprayed on some Ice suds and let them sit while I did the rest of the car. Rinsed and they were CLEAN - didn't even need to touch them.

I ran out of my ICE, so I used the MINI Brand Car Shampoo last weekend to give Molly a long over due bath. I'm trying to decide if I should replace the ICE, or try something else, like Mistique or something from Griot's. Any suggestions??
This one:

I've used ICE, Mystique, Griot's wash, Meg's NXT and Meg's Gold Class. They all work. I probably like Mystique best - but it's the priciest, too. I like that ICE seems to have some light polymers similar to Mystique - and it seems to work particularly well with the Griot's sprayer.
I spray soap solution on the car and the mitt, and rinse the mitt well after each panel. Not as "luxurious" as a bucket wash, but quick, effective and relatively low-swirling.

The new NXT wash reminds me of Mystique. If I weren't such a DP junkie I'd probably get some
So I took a new job in Green Bay yesterday. I start 11/20. I told my current boss today and he unintentionally made me feel even worse about it than I already did. But at least that's over - I was physically ill from dreading telling him.
The weather is crappy here. I can't wait to go home and crawl into bed!

so today it was pretty ikky in the morning so took the wife out to the mall to do some shopping. well, she shopped, i paid.
by the afternoon it was getting kinda sunny so i told the wife i wanna pull
out the Z...so after a very late lunch (snack time) i took a quick 1hr power
nap
and pulled out the Z for a nice spin.
came home, thought the intake on the Z was too noisy so put the stock
intake back on.
going to pull out the Z again tomorrow, hopefully.
