Must be winter, quiet here
need the outdoor temps in the mid-upper teens and im fine.

im seeing hi's of about 30F's average starting so by mid-Feb, it should be
enough at least to QD my cars inside.

no, i dont QD my commuters (24/7 outdoors) unless birds decides to drop something on them.

i need to QD my 2 cars inside the garage every 3-4 weeks as
there's still air movement with the garage door closed. car
paint surface temp was 30.4F the other day when it was 0F outside
with -22F windchill. not too bad. the garage floor was registering 28.7F
near the garage door so turned my tires a quarter of a turn to minimize
flat spots.
this IR thermometer is very handy.
Since the MINI is dirty and I can't get to him soon, I decided to order some Black Wow to make me feel like I was doing something good for the MINI.
Most everyone seems to like BW, so I'll give it a try!

why me?
dang it, my griot's hands-free soap dispenser suddenly stopped working.
its not like i put thick soap or anything like that. the motor won't turn.
battery's good. sounds kinda british.

Yeah me too, I'm running out of rooms to paint
, doing the living room right now
.
Sandy Hook, where I'm from, is about 100 miles north of the Canada-U.S. border, on the western shore of Lake Winnipeg, 10th largest lake in the world. It is a community of about 500 summer cottages, with about 100 of us that lived there year round.

Busy, but laid back in the summer, quiet and VERY laid back the rest of the year
About 5 miles north was this resort town;

I get to start paying taxes as soon as someone gives me a job. My Employment Authorization card showed up in the mail today.
I have had some feelers out there looking for work, but now I will start sending out my resume.
Oh, and it's snowing like crazy here right now, we may get up to 9 inches by tomorrow morning
