Wow; I love Nugget's & Altoid's sig pics!

Thanks a bunch SPF Zero ; the chart's great! It looks like my Clubbie is probably going to be on The Patriot; he was beginning his jaunt to Southampton Friday, so the timing for his journey to Charleston port makes that likely.

I was getting so antsy with the wait, and the last few weeks have been a roller coaster of excitement over which week - 23/22/21 - we were. Now suddenly he's built and making his way towards Cincinnati! We have a short trip scheduled in 3 weeks, so this part of the waiting is going to fly by for us.

No I worked with Holly. Everyone there is nice!
I think we are getting ours right around the same time. Looks to me like there are 2 days between our born dates, I think we will be on the same boat. From a production standpoint, it would make sense to load the boat going to the same place. just my theroy!

i'm not sure, Altoid will be born on the 5th, i don't know if he will be able to catch the boat leaving the 6th, he may have to stay through the 10th and ship out then.

Nugget will be born on the 3rd correct? Nugget should definitely have time to catch the boat leaving the 6th

Ok, I'm getting so confused!

Assuming my Clubman will be finished this Tuesday, June 3rd, how long will it take to get to the ship and which ship is it likely to be? I looked at the ship website, but it just confused me more!

Thanks, Rich

You could be on Fidelio (leaves 6/5 and arrives 6/14), Patriot (6/6 - 6/16) or Mignon (6/10 - 6/19). They are the most likely ships, but we don't know yet which we will all get onto.

Thanks, DChap. That was much easier than trying to figure it out myself!
This has been quite a ride, and I don't even have the car yet!

I too was waiting on my MINI to arrive in order to generate a picture, but I got impatient and used the MINIUSA.com rendering.

Here is the shipping schedule for Port Hueneme. I'm guessing week 23 production be on the Asian Chorus.

Hi, I'm going to add you back to our week 22 list, seeing as that's your "original" home! I think the Patriot isn't taking on commercial cargo (would that include MINIs?), so it might be either the Fidelio (6/5) or Mignon (6/10).

As some of us are getting close to transport I thought I would re-post someone else's information that I thought would be useful. The orginal post is under 1st gear - track your mini. Although I am so excited that we are getting so close it seems like the waiting is so much harder! Just the other day I was driving my Land Rover saying "Gosh I wish I was driving my Clubman!" Anyways here is the info (can't take credit for it though I'm just re-posting it for our ease of use ):

4. Transport: This is where the Wallenius Wihlmsen site (WW) comes in,
http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do , Go here and click on 'Auto Cargo'. Put your VIN in the 'Cargo ID' box. If nothing shows up wait a few hours and try again. Mine took 24 hours from when they said it had left the factory. Once it shows up, you will know the ship, booking and voyage numbers. The voyage details will tell you when and where this ship is going. The bill of lading number will let you see which VIN's are on the ship with you. you may have to scroll down many pages to find yours.

5. Ship tracking: Now you need the www.sailwx.info site Use the 'Find ship by name or call sign' under the Ship Tracker menu. Once you find your ship you can track it across the Atlantic. If the ship is too close to land it will not show up. It seems that they don't report to this site unless they are out to sea. You can always go back to the WW site and check the voyage details to see if it has left a port. Once it gets close to the good 'ol USA you need to switch to http://aisfree.aislive.com , you will need to do a free registration. This is really a paid site but you can usually get enough info from the free version. They have a really details view of the NYC ports, with lists of every ship updated every hour. Once it leaves NYC the info is less detailed and you have to hope to check it at the right time to see your ship listed.

You don't have a production number yet? Time to call your MA up and find out what's going on!
