R56 Week 33 Support Group!
mav - I heard it typically takes 1-2 days to go through QC and get to the docks, so your MINI is probably just cooling its (w)heels in Southampton.
I think the typical in-dock time on the ships is only 1-2 days. I heard that, while weather and mechanical problems can delay departure, logistically, the ships can dock, load up and be on their way in < 24 hrs if everything goes okay.

Congrats, Rastven! It must be getting pretty crowded in the warehouse by now!
This next wave of MINIs seems to be building to a crescendo. Some West Coasters from previous PWs have been reporting that they were booted off the TAGUS and are (expected to be?) booked on the BOHEME. Fortunately, the BOHEME is "gi-normous" - I think it's the largest size ship that will fit through the locks in Panama, and holds almost 2000 extra cars compared to most of the other ships in the WW fleet.
For East Coasters, there's also a possibility your MINI could end up on a K-Line ship. The schedule for K-Line transatlantic routes is here. Sadly, K-LIne has no cargo tracking for VINs.

It's kinda exciting to know my car will soon be on the docks awaiting the boat ride over.
I'm getting the JCW aero kit too. It's installed at the VDC once they make it across the pond so yep, it gets delayed.

You can get your VIN when you track your order and view your details (if it exisits). Then go to http://www.2wglobal.com/, then under customer center, click on, cargo tracking, then click on auto tracking.
Yep, it's my mini. It's a 78 Austin Mini. On order I have an all AB MCS to replace my 02 LY/W MC.

Tuxxer.. it's $2500 installed. I ordered it when I ordered the car....expensive but I saw it on another Astro Black and thought it kicked booty. STLMini, we have the same car coming haha. all AB MCS Aero. I already got wheels to swap on it when it lands.. I'm ordering Kumho 215-45-17 wheels to go with the SLites I powder coated black. My wife thinks.. no, she knows I'm crazy to buy wheels before I even have the car.

i'm definitely swapping wheels, i just haven't decided yet which ones. i'm concentrating on selling my 02 now.
i'll be adding the JCW Stage 1 and the suspension as soon as it comes out. hopefully, it will be released before the car get's here.

good question. i hope mine gets shipped out soon. searched for it using my VIN but nothing came up on WW
FYI for East Coasters that were Awaiting Transport as of yesterday:
There is a K-Line ship arriving today (Friday) that COULD take some MINIs to the Charleston VDC. (I have no special knowledge about this - I'm only speculating based on the K-Line schedule and past PW support threads.) If your status changes to En Route, but you are not listed in the WW tracking system, you MAY have been booked onto the FRISIA. (WW has a ship coming in today, too, but it is not headed to ports with MINI VDCs.)
If anyone sees a status change, let us know!
P.S. ASK MINI frequently has more up-to-date info compared to the Owners Lounge, and live reps at ASK MINI can sometimes provide additional details. And your MA might be able to get even more details. However, when a ship gets booked on a K-Line ship, it is common for there to be NO information available from any source other than "En Route", and sometimes, even that info is late in coming.
P.P.S. West Coasters: Keep the faith, baby!

Lorelai 2 was awaiting transport to the port of exit as of today. She's not showing up on the WW site yet via VIN but I'm hopeful she will make the crossing on a WW boat as the K-line route is a round about way for the car to get to me (I live in NJ).
I think I have a shot at the Faust but the Freedom (if she is carrying MINI's) seems more likely.
The excitement just ratcheted up another notch.

my mini is awaiting transport, i guess...i called ask mini and the mini voice lol, told me so. Just wish the OL was faster in updating. How is everyone else doing? How exciting this is. It seems to be coming faster than I thought.
Checked the WW website, and I'm booked on the Boheme!! It does not say when though, but since the next Boheme trip sails off on 8/20, the car should be in Cali on 9/10!!! Another month to go.
WW website actually specified the shipping date. My car is indeed on 8/20 Boheme trip. Car was built Monday 8/13.
