Thanks all! I am soooo happy to finally have her!

Pete - I actually ordered from a NY dealer and had the car shipped to me in CA (she went by train). Unfortunately, the shipping company didn't bother to scrub off the travelling grime so I had to do it. That was a pretty big disappointment, but after waiting a month for the train just to get here, I was just glad to have the car in my possession - dirt and all.

Probably a good thing too in fact - you will have taken much more care than they would.
Congrats on the car

Having fun with GBMINI#3

8500 miles so far - not loads, but enough to enjoy.

We're recovering well from our brand new radiator surgery. Just a few weeks ago, poor Ms Moneypenny drove over a retread in the road and tore up 2,199 worth of damage. (our other choice was to cause a x# car pile-up as it was morning rush hour in Orlando). Got it covered by comprehensive with a 0 deductible, but I was without her for 10 days

Other than that, we are doing great!!!!! Very great!!! (and I just got around to ordering my auto up from Ian ) We hit over 10,000 mi just yesterday.

My '05 MCS was born 2/19/05 and delivered to me on 3/20/05. 4,100 absolutely troublefree miles ever since and ZERO visits to the dealership for anything in the six months since I took it home . My fuel mileage has improved steadely as the cars nears the 5K mile mark. I am currently pulling 25-27MPG in the city

Very happy indeed.
