The dealer called me today to let me know my car is here and the iPod adapter is already installed. I got the paperwork started with the bank and will be driving the car home tomorrow. I'll post pics of the 2 Minis in the garage for your enjoyment.

Mine is delayed 'til next weekend. (April 9) I hope I can get it then... 11 weeks is a long time!

My bank screwed me over and didn't ask the dealer to refax the purchase agreement. I'm on my way to the dealer to either get the loan with Mini or walk out with a hand held purchase agreement that I can take to the bank tomorrow morning.


Edit: I managed to get a smile on my face, I guess I can wait until tomorrow. Here's the pic of it at the dealer. I did have to be presistent about getting the purchase agreement. They were really busy today but still bugs. Anyways, the girl at the bank is working at a branch right by my house tomorrow so I'm headed there at 9am tomorrow.

 

Congrats Nerd! Too bad you had so many problems tho... but you have your MCS now- which counteracts them all!!! YEA!

Mine is on the truck (it was loaded at 1:35pm) and is scheduled to be here on Sunday... I have an appointment to pick Samantha up at noon on Tuesday... *fingers crossed*

Earlier this week I was told by My M.A. that my car was scheduled to be delivered to Neillo on April 1st. but that date was just an estimate. I don't have an update but our cars may be traveling together.

 

Abbett- Mine is HERE! WOOHOO! who is your MA? And you should give the dealership a call... they got a bunch of cars in today! *fingers crossed* (that yours is there too...* I pick up on Tuesday... Maybe I will see you at one of the events soon! (like the Gold Country run on the 24th or the one in Auburn on the 17th!) Congrats!

 

Now the question is: Who's the lady in the MINI wjile you pose with the MINI?

 

Got mine on March 25th! Had the OZs put on the 3 days later. Just about to hit 1800miles I'll have more details to post when i'm back home.

I got mine home today. It's sitting next to my girlfriend's Purple Haze.

 

Daisy's on a train from NY to CA. She left the dealership on 3/17 but won't be here until 4/11. I'm really pissed that it's taking so long, but there's nothing I can do except wait. I may very well be the last February build to take actual delivery of my car.

I've got my MINI home safe and sound! :smile:
960 miles of pure excitement from San Antonio to Phoenix this last weekend with no issues. The only bad part was all the bugs! We literally ran through 3 swarms of bees, and it made for an interesting & "sweet" drive. :smile:

grrr... I envy all of you!! I am still waiting Saturday, Saturday,Saturday..... A trip from Ann Arbor Michigan to Classic MINI in Ohio in my current Yellow Bomber MC...Switching over to Kitt Vader, Jet Black MCS. Plus a MINI full of friends to come along. grrr....
