Maersk Taiyo
Hi! Count me in on the Maersk Taiyo; my Little Bee is hanging with CCM5's car, doing the hokey pokey late into the night! It's been very hard to track this ship, but I did see it once on the ocean data map. Nothing since then. My dealer still says to expect delivery sometime in July. Keeping my fingers crossed for an early delivery!

I like the maydayers suggestion, or just the May '04 club, or Team Neurotic:est. May '04. I think the reason that the April 03 build has so many post is b/c they still chat to eachother through that thread from time to time.
Wannamini- Your dedication to this thread is so nice. I will totally understand if you don't wanna keep tracking untill I pick up on July 3rd, though I will post when I can and tell you all how great mr Mini is, I may even have a name by then. Also you can update all the Freedom folks to on US soil. we landed on the 5th as scheduled. My MA said I should be at the dealer in TX on the 12th.
How about the rest of you on the Freedom, who's taking delivery this weekend? Did your mini say that the yellow guy is good, healthy and happy? I can't believe my car is gonna be there waiting for three weeks, that sucks!! I wish I could drive right now so I could go get it next week!
Oh well at least he's in the US on his way to TX.

Doh! Padre's est delivery date is now Saturday June 12. At least somebody seems to be tracking his progress. My MA doesn't really have a clue but assures me that he will call me as soon as Padre arrives. "So close, so close and yet so far."
I think I like the name of MayDayers. I also thought something to do with Margaritaville would fit. (3Ms) Margaritaville Mini Maniacs?!? AMayzing ______? May's Insane Neurotic Irrepresible Society? The Maybe's? The Maylee's? (That one may have too many other interpretations.) MayDazers? Now, my brain hurts.

lintqueen, have you been to the atlantaminis.net site? There are a bunch of us in the city! As for wrecking your MINI? My first one was, and I wasn't even driving.....loooooong story .
Anyway, glad to be a member of the May 04 build club! Looking forward to getting Scout II in a few weeks, he is still on the Andes Highway which I think gets into Charleston tomorrow!

IM BAAAACK!! I went to LA on the 7th. I was at disneyland with my girlfriend when we got a call from Ben my MA.... he said my MINI was AT the dealership and he wanted to schedule a time to pick it up!
So, as of 6-10 at 4:30 PM, I have been cruising around the bay area in my new MCS! Sharky, what color is yours? I saw an EB and a DS MCS sitting there as well as an MC40. ANy of those you? Here are a couple of pics:

Congrats on Dobby FINALLY arriving wannamini. Sucks that your car took so long at the VPC.... not that I am trying to BRAG or anything but mine only took 1 day at the VPC!!!! I was SHOCKED! Boat docked on the 6th and I got a call on the 8th saying its at the dealership!
