A Big Thanks
Well, I think I'm going to be able to salvage my Hamann piece off the Frackmobile. But I'd really like to do the M7 diffuser if I do a regular MCS. Right now, I'm leaning towards tricking out a GP. I know that's probably sacrilege but it'd be cool.
You got that right Chief. I can't believe I walked away with a concussion & bruising. My buddy Dave's a bit worse for wear (ribs, bruised lung & broken scapula), but all-in-all considering everything the design & performance of the safety equipment is up to par & then some.

A GP would be sick.
And you wouldn't have to worry about cutting out the back seat belts.
The problem with M7 deffuseri is you have to relocate the exhaust and battery case. The one I'm looking at I don't think you have to change anything.

It doesn't look like it will fit with the stock exhaust, but most aftermarket mufflers are a lot smaller.Steve
I kinda like it, but compared to the F430'ish aggressiveness of the M7 piece I might end up going that direction. Just outta curiousity, how much is this bad boy (shipping included)?
Not taking you to long to start buying again I see
So how you feeling today?
How much is the M7 one?
Today, I'm feeling better. I have a bit of hitch in my getalong & am bruising in places I didn't know could bruise. All in all though, I'm doing well & Cookie's been taking great care of me.
So, have I mentioned yet about the ironic title of this thread?

I'm not buying anything right now. First off I want to make sure my buddy gets taken care of & everything's settled for his family. After that I've gotta square things away with the insurance company & then I'll start looking for a replacement Mini. I've never been in an accident so this is all new territory for me. This afternoon I'll be working on my Excel spreadsheet with parts, so in case I have any questions I'll give you guys a buzz.

Fracky I haven't gotten a price yet I'll let you know as soon as I do, but it will be cheeper than M7 because you have to change the exhaust system and then add the deffuser. This one looks like you can use the exhaust you already have. We will find out. I have my people looking into it.

I haven't seen heard one that sounds any better than another. It also depends on how they are used. Too many people stick the radio up to their mouths and talk loud which distorts the sound. If you hold it away a little bit is sounds a lot better on the other person's receiver. There's no help for Vickiey, though.

Yeah, ask me............I dare ya ........................
Well, this is what I get for riding the bus, and trying to be an eco friendly person instead of taking a cab. An accident happened on the road in front of me, and one of the cars slid onto the sidewalk where I was standing and missed me by about 3 inches. **** that, I'm taking a cab everywhere from now on.
