I know I asked before in a thread, but I don't remember which one to search. Our Motorola 2-ways totally suck, ie. I/we get every 6th word & it sounds Russian. Can you guys give me some suggestions on new 2-ways with headset capability? I'm also looking for clarity, signal strength, etc. Holla at me gang!

The problem is cost. The ones we use are cheap and the ones that sound good are not as cheap. It's hard to get people to spend a lot of money on a device they will only use once in a while. You can use a headset or earbud with most of these radios.

So, without completely breaking the bank - which make & model(s) are the ones to take a look at?

I haven't seen heard one that sounds any better than another. It also depends on how they are used. Too many people stick the radio up to their mouths and talk loud which distorts the sound. If you hold it away a little bit is sounds a lot better on the other person's receiver. There's no help for Vickiey, though.

It could just as easily drop that and more tomorrow if the Fed doesn't deliver what the market thinks it should.

Touche. Our lil' stock portfolio is **volatile**. I don't even bother checking online for daily positions. I think we're net zero right now & I'm totally ok with that.

Hah, "volatile" is being generous... But, ya, in this case breaking even is much better than it could be.... Its scary wondering how ****ed it might be tomorrow though.... Oh, watch the asian and european markets... It usually gives you a heads up on how screwed we are for the day....

Well, this is what I get for riding the bus, and trying to be an eco friendly person instead of taking a cab. An accident happened on the road in front of me, and one of the cars slid onto the sidewalk where I was standing and missed me by about 3 inches. **** that, I'm taking a cab everywhere from now on.

I dont know about the rest of you, but I do need to go in and out of driveways on a regular basis.
Heck, if I am not careful I will bottom out on the speed bumps in the parking lot at work, and I'm not even lowered yet

Hey Joe, you know I was thinking about the Frackmobile. This would be the time for rad mods for you. Since the back is all took apart, why not do the battery box delete and go for the M7 rear diffuser It's time for the Frackmobile to go to the "extreme"

Hey Joe, you should take the Frackmobile for the weekend. The new endlinks worked perfectly and I want to see what happens to the springs when it's driven. The lower spring perches are plastic and the set screws just stripped out the threads when re-tightened to keep the perches from spinning. I have loctite on them now, but I need to call KW and give them sh*t for metal screws in plastic threads. What did they think was going to happen? The Frackmobile looks awesome with it's new stance.
