Since I'm an official PLX rep'er, I'm on their e-mail distribution list. When I received the early product roll-out for this I was like " " why do I need to conserve gas in the Frackmobile (aka rollerskate on steroids)? However, if a screen (or gauge) flashes, spits out data, throws up some cool graphs I'm all about it.

So you don't care what info it gives you as long as it looks cool?

Don't give him any more ideas for electronic devices. There are too many wires and not enough space for more gizmos.

Maybee the FRACKMOBILE could go "wireless"
What Joe really wants is to be like "KIT" from night rider
and there really is a site to make your Trans Am into the NIGHTRIDER

That'd be awesome, but I'd want a hot French chick's voice for inside the car.

That "Hot French" voice inside your car might dry up your bank accounts. Airplanes have them although not a French voice and they call her "Bitchin Betty" because all she does is complain that something is wrong.

That probably wouldn't work since they have been married long enough for the male nag filtration system to kick in.

Not really, the MNF is a genetic male defense system that keeps the female population from being exterminated by nag crazed males.

I have a second defense against "MNF", my wife wears hearing aids, it comes in handy for me sometimes

I had a friend with hearing aids and he just turned the volume down when he didn't want to listen.

My MNF isn't really that fine tuned. I know that a happy wife= a good life. Dr.Steve, can you post up pictures of the front coilover + camber plate setup? Even if it's uninstalled, it'd still be uber cool to take a look at.

Ok Joe, I know what the noise is when you turn the wheels sharply. You have succeeded in buying more components that have all sorts of issues when combined. We fixed the camber plate/KW issue, but now I see that you have what I believe is a Hotchkis front swaybar which comes closer to the steering tie rod than stock. So the combination of lowering with the KWs, TSW camber plates and the Hotchkis bar causes the lower end of the endlink to contact the tie rod. So now I need a custom length for the front endlinks. It shouldn't be a problem, but the Frackmobile is being a PITA. Keeps me on my toes, though.

Yep. The Frackmobile is grounded for a couple of days waiting for parts (again!). I guess that's what the "Custom" in our name means. So anyway, you could bring it tomorrow.

I'll be in the shop this Saturday, too. I finished the Bay Area home theater project so I won't be going this weekend.

Fo sho!! That's why I have Custom Mini Shop emblazoned across the back of the car in custom "ghost" vinyl. So how do you do custom length on the end links.
