Mine's the Spirit of Abby because my cat Abby passed away in the back seat of it on the way home from the vet. She was very sick with kidney problems, but we had hoped it was only an infection and could be treated.

Harvey
I have always felt a loose connection to Elwood P. Dowd from the movie "Harvey", partially because we share a name, and partially because I can relate to the character. Elwood's best friend was his invisable, 6 foot rabbit, named Harvey, and Harvey is a Pooka
According to Wikipedia, When humans are enticed onto a Pooka's back, it can give them a wild ride. Though the Pooka enjoys confusing and often terrifying humans, it is considered to be benevolent, and will do its rider (driver) no real harm. The Pooka is a creature of the mountains and hills.
Sounds like a Mini to me!!

Fly'n Brick is what the lone mini in a sports car club I belonged to back in the '60s was called. It got that name for the way it made its way around an autoX course. When we got our MINI, I thought to use that name and registered it on NAM. After a few weeks of driving, though, we discovered differently. We soon learned that the little guy was a him and the name Frisky came to us while motoring topless one day. Who knew? So, that is what the plate on his little butt says.

I have a British Racing Green Cooper S with a black top. Apparently insects like it. I came out to my car at work one morning to see a large pale green bug perched on the back window. Drove from one work building to another, the bug stayed with me. Went home after work and told the wife about the bug. She looked it up and discovered it was a katydid.
Woke up that evening to go to work. Went out to the car and saw that the katydid had rode home with me, as she was now sitting on my driver's side window. I drove the 12 or so miles to work while the katydid tucked up under the rear spoiler to avoid the wind. I could see her head poking out in my rear view. Drove to work, parked and took pictures. Katy finally got off my car when I parked in the other parking lot where she jumped on.
So, if you haven't figured it out by now, my Mini's name is Katy. I have pics if anyone is interested in seeing them.
Woke up that evening to go to work. Went out to the car and saw that the katydid had rode home with me, as she was now sitting on my driver's side window. My current MINI's name is Itercide. Which is a mash up of old latin words, Iter from roada, cide from killer. So it basically means killer of roads. My future MINI is still yet to be named.
