This is Big Blue because calling a MINI big was just too ironic to pass up.

Before Big Blue, I had an Iced Chocolate hardtop that I called the Hershey Squirt...my wife never really enjoyed that name.
I've also taken to calling my Pathfinder Liam...as in Liam Nissan.

 

I decided to name mine Lucille. Just thought it sounded elegant and sleek like my car, lol.

Depends, One name when I am admiring it and then another when I am working on it. Both start with B but the later ends in T.

 

My JCW is named Dorotea which my late wife, Dorothy, always referred to as her evil twin. Her 2009 Clubman S is very nice ... my JCW is not so much.

Hey Newbie here, my MINI's name is Hila for short. Her full name is Hila The V8 Killa haha.

 

Doema - Afrikaans spelling for Swahili for Cheetah

 

 

As a native PW Northwesterner I love this. Wish I had thought of it.

I'm leaning towards Donatello for mine. Its British racing green but will have some purple accents when I get my U of Washington license plate frame and car magnet on it.

 

I don't usually have names for my cars, but my wife named our Mini "Dunkel" because that's what it says every time we get in it.

 

Meticulously maintained yet blew up in the 1st week of ownership. New refurbished engine put in free of charge by BMW of Stratham in NH and back in the game!

 

This was "My B!tch" an 09 R55S. She was fun when running right, but will not be missed.

"Cornelia" 2005 R53. Took 6 months to find her, and have loved every minute with her.

 

I don't normally name my cars.
However I do love my Mini and put a lot of time and finances into keeping this 20+ y/o car looking like new. The best I can.
Therefore decided that the Psychedelic Furs' moniker said it best - Internally I call my Mini - "Money"
In reference to the song; "All that Money Wants".

 

Mine was christened "Tramp Stamp" by a friend when he noticed a pin striping detail that the prior owner had done...
Initially, I thought it was a decal and I was going to peel off that bit but, then I realized that it was hand painted and signed so, I guess "Tramp Stamp" is official.
