Do Mini people still wave at each other??
Would you have been visiting someone in the Matthews, NC area about a month or two ago?
Oh my gosh I waved at a girl in a pepper white with black bonnet stopes today going home I even flashed the lights at her and she completely ignored me! It took everything I had to not give the finger...
Aw man, she should have fun with you when chicks wave. I got a very enthusiastic wave from a couple one day. She didn't seem to mind at all that a girl was waving at her hubby.
Off topic, I apologize, but are you a member of C3M (Central Maryland Mini Motorists)? If not, check us out at www.meetup.com. We do a lot of really great MINI runs (including MOTD!). Going on a run tomorrow. It's free to join and the people are great! One of our runs was through Annapolis to Quiet Waters Park for a picnic.
and the lack of mini love in LA is pretty sad!
That just sucks. Don't see many MINI's in my rural area, but got one from a beautiful yellow on, today.
What color is your MINI?
What color is your MINI?
High Class Grey. So depending on the light, grey, blue, or even purple.

Cool pic I took yesterday after she was all clean and looking awesome! Golden hour really shows off how sweet the color can be. I've actually gotten a lot of compliments on it. Thanks
I just got my baby a few days ago and since then I've passed six other MINIs in Santa Barbara and waved fondly at my oncoming friends. Not one driver waved back. It's really sad! No matter. I'll just keep waving and sending out positive vibes maybe they'll catch on!
Just starting my second week. Got three waves returned yesterday! Think a lot of factors influence waving, besides driver personality: time of day, weather, speed of travel... Anyway, it is great when it happens!
My second day owning my MINI I was driving in Tampa and an Electric Blue MINI with tinted windows came up to me. I gave him a thumbs up, but couldn't tell if he saw me. But then...he revved up next to me and FLEW out of no where.
He had a 'Sunshineminis' decal so my first experience with other motorers was, "Man, these people are just as enthusiastic as I am!" Every MINI I see I wave to, most of the time if they see me they wave back. I've had a couple people initiate the wave and that always feels good.
Never stop waving!

I've had my Mini for a little over a month. I've gotten more mean looks and cut off by more Mini drivers to be honest. I've had 2 people wave back to me. Maybe it's just the DC area or something. No matter, I'll keep waving. Oh. And I had a Cooper Base weave in and out of traffic last night, rev his engine, honk his horn 3 times to try to race me then flip me off because I wasn't trying to race in a heavy traffic area.

It made me really sad actually. Maybe it's just the Washington, DC area, I couldn't tell you. I know city people are jerks. Maybe they didn't like my temp tags or something. Who knows.

I'll add it to my list....
