Nice. Does it rub at all? I guess no spacers? How lowered are you?
Currently running 215/45r17 on our 03 R53 on MC40 wheels and get some rub on the arches over larger bumps. I will admit ole Grumpy could use some new shocks in the rear, but there are no issues with 205/45r17s on the original wheels. All stock suspension, not lowered, but wheel offset can play a role.
Nik & Jason - Re: leather key fob to match customer steering wheels.
We have indeed brainstormed this sort of thing... hearing you guys both chime in positively on it tells us much... thank you!

if you really need some ideas, maybe recover the seats, if you don’t have recaros, wrap all the pillars, headliner, and boot cover.
Man I tell you what. I hate strut mounts. I'm on my 3rd set. These are lemforder ones. They are OEM mounts. Second set did the same as the first set of KYB's.
Do not go cheap on these. I'm the poster child.
Pictures of new ones.
Well the repairs are complete.
I did the repairs do to a rocker noise. I did find about 3 hydraulic lifters that were stuck. So I just replaced all of the rockers. Got a good price from rockauto. So while I was there I went ahead an did the timming chain. Inspected the cam. I did not see any wear or pitting. So I did not replace. I will say doing this on a R50 is a pain. You have to move the water pump out of the way. So I had to remove the alternator then loosen up the water pump.
I am please with the results. Engine is much quieter.

Nice to see you found a garage to do this job in. It's a little more than one should probably take on in an apartment parking lot. 👍
installed some H&R lowering springs in the MCS... I have to say one thing what a royal PIA it was to remove the struts... Not a huge drop lets see once it settles after a few miles, drives great. See before and after below.
Installed godspeed mono ss coilovers myself back on Christmas Day. After a few weeks riding on them they haven't dropped any lower from settling which I'm totally content with. I have all the struts set at their lowest setting. They ride great for what I paid for.

Looks good. Front looks like it could come up slightly, or the rear looks like it could come down a smidge... I would like it to be more level. What are your ride height measurements? My Clubman sits at 12-3/4"front and 12-5/8" rear, and I think the rear is too high. OEM spec is about 3/4" lower in the rear.
Ill have to measure it first thing in the morning. The front sits just right for my taste, maybe a hair raised if anything. In regards to the rear I wish I was able to lower it more to even it out with the front. Both front and rear struts are at their lowest setting. Once I get back under it I'll double check to see if there is anything I can do to drop the rears a tad more.
