Just picked up my second set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. Great grip and ride quality.

Nice bath for the MINI. I got all but one wheel cleaned. The mosquitoes ran me inside. The last wheel needs to come off and I need to scrub pretty hard to get it clean. I will do that tomorrow.

IMHO, a waste of money. Rudy's sauce is good, and covers many a meat sin. Kreuz and Smitty's meats are sinless.

See you tomorrow!

But yes, I'd lose those side stripes. When you take those off, you'll see how much more the orange accents "pop".
Thanks! Before I lose them completely I think I'm going to try bumping them up a notch. I played around with photoshop and came up with something that I think will bring it all together.

I like the guys, and gals, at CARBONMINI. I deal with Erin a lot. You can even find my car on their website as the MOTM for May. Their products are first rate.

I can feel your pain. We left a fresh chicken in the trunk or our Lexus for four days and the smell was terrible . The Lexus dealer has a fog bomb to eliminate the stink and it removed 95% of the smell. Good luck

Use Vingar instead!! A cup of Vinegar in a bowl left on the floorboard overnight will remove any smell. Purchased a used 2001 Dodge Durango, the Driver was a Smoker...Vinegar removed that smell. Co-workers who had ridden in the car commented on how the smell was GONE!!

Tore my dash apart and installed a little some'n-some'n from one of the vendors. I get to do it again tomorrow because I figured out where my extra parts go - also my speedometer now reads 12 mph when it's parked.

Took my stripes off! Have a TINY bit of weather fading but I think it will go away in a few weeks with them off.

I pulled and cleaned all four wheel speed sensors in hope my DSC and TPMS lights would go out. No such luck. Looks like I'll start with the left front and install a new one. BTW, what are the other little sensors that are in a clip on the front left and right rear calipers on an '05 S?

The ones that clip right into the brake pad? Those are brake wear sensors.

HTH!

Thanks! That makes sense. Haven't had a vehicle with those. Usually just wait for the little tab to start squealing.

At first, I thought your ceiling airbags had deployed! Either that, or you had the Claes Oldenburg Works Special MINI.

;-)
