I treated my car to very spirited wheel spinning drive to and from work, then gave her a good detailing lol! Her birthday was last month, so I still have to get a prez. Trying to decide between finishing the suspension with some Koni yellows and NM springs, or the NM slotted cryo treated brake disc to go with my EBC red stuff pads. siiigh, decisions decisions lol

Today I blew off the dust that was my paint, put most of the trim pices back on, and pluged the car back into the trickle charger, in preperation for me going to Germany for the rest of the month. Back to work on the body (Still have the bad side and hood+doors to do) then it's in to paint when I get home.

I might not be on here much for the next 3 weeks or so, so dont think I dont love you all anymore, I just cant get to a computer.

Plastidipped my stock S-lites because each and every wheel had curb rash from the previous owner

Thinking about throwing Lyle some money soon, but I can't decide what finish I want. Any chance you can share a bigger picture or two of yours?

MSR Style 068.

Wouldn't be my first choice. They're a pain to clean, too many spokes for my taste, but they came with the car, so I'm not gonna complain.

Well if you order black, you can either keep it gloss black (by leaving the clear layer on the top), or flat black by peeling it off...I peeled it to make it flat black..

Will post a picture here shortly.

Thanks for the replies. I can't decide between the Motegi SP10, Enkei EDR9 or the Konig Feather - all in black. And the info of the belt-line vinyl was super helpful. I'll probably end up making the belt-line matte.

Thanks again.

And back on topic - I ordered a BSH OCC from Way yesterday.

I would have swung by and swapped the summers for the winters for you as long as it's just swapping the wheels not mounting the tires to the wheels then it's a 5 min. job for me

Nope, took about 40 minutes total, very easy! Hardest part was picking off the clear that sits on top of the tape, to reveal the flat black underneath. Other than that, it was a breeze!

Hmm, may have to do this!! I don't mind chrome, but I like how your beltline is now more in "harmony" with your roof!!

It was just swapping, drat. Although it didn’t cost me anything at the tire dude’s since I bought the tires there. Thanks xstart!

Yeah, it ties the top half of the car in nicely with the bottom half.
