Super. I don't have luck like that but I guess I was lucky Way had them when I ordered and sent them. There's alot of people who say they are crap but Way says different as well as alot of reviews I've read on them. I don't track my car so I think they'll be fine for my use.
This place is expensive, keep wanting things.

DDM is great stuff but, you can never go by advertised aditional HP/TQ numbers. My rule of thumb on this is to devide the advertised numbers by 4 and that will be your average gain on a legit dyno. That way I am rarely disappointed when dyno day comes, because I am not expecting huge gains. If they are there great, if not thats also ok as long as power didn't actually go down. (Which has happened quite a bit.) But overall if I am happy with a part that has little to no gain, chances are I will keep it, until something better comes along.

I've got the screw/magnetic one on the one side and just the magnetic one on the other. I really like the screw on ones plus you can get 3d badges that are pretty cool looking.

Anyway, they do add a little touch of class.
It's just the magnetic one - not the screw on w the bezel - I still have to many of the old magnetic badges left over from my 04 MCS. I thought about getting the fancy holder w the bezel but I didn't know how the old badges would work with it???

yea of all the reviews I've read and people I have spoken to the Megan's seem to be the best for my needs (daily driven, no tracking or anything just lots and lots of commuting). I normally don't have much luck at all so I guess today someone felt bad for me

That line never gets old every car I get I de-badge from the start and repeat that line during the process

Swapped out the original spark plugs for NGK Laser Iridiums. When I got the OEM ones out, they had black burns almost halfway down the threads. No wonder I was only getting 30 mpg before, getting my usual 45 mpg with the new plugs.

It also feels more stable through the rpm range, no fluctuations of boost.

45 mpg?! You sure about that figure? That's almost diesel/hybrid territory.

45 mpg????? If I drive mine easy I get a combined of about 34 mpg. And mind you, where I live there's not that much stop and go traffic so an average speed on these CR's is like 45-55mph.

I'd be happy with 30mpg as compared to my avg of around 28-29 (mostly hwy)... 45mpg would get me in the HOV lane without a passenger since it would meet the mpg requirement for a single occupancy sticker (yet for some odd reason TDi's aren't allowed in there).

Very nice. It's nice to have a one of a kind. I take it it was your design?

A collaboration...Doug's gallery included a "Cooper" one with the engraved band, and also one with a Welsh dragon, no band. I suggested combining the two, and Doug worked it out. Very pleased with the result!

Now if my MINI will just get here, I'll have a chance to use it! Looking forward to the change in shift "feel", I used a similar very-heavy **** on our Mazda 5 and it was a nice improvement. I wouldn't have thought it would make that much difference; it did.

Guess it's like the old roll-of-pennies thing in a fistfight

yes yes, i really don't like numbers haha specially when it comes to companies claiming an X boost in performance. i think however, this info came from Way at WMW after they dynoed one. but ehhh i just shot that out so other people could quantify my supposed gain in performance. all i now is there is some and i like it.

Corin, I agree. two days since my DDMWorks Cai was installed, and, as I mentioned somewhere I immediatley noticed that ever so slight lag in throttle response upon accelerating from a dead stop is gone. I LOVE that, not to mention her sexy voice when I rev.

Swept a couple inches of snow off of it last night, and my front license plate bracket came off (it's a Cobalt no-drill). Looks like ice got under the lower bracket and pushed it out of the lower grill, which ended up breading one of the little divisions in the plastic on my grill...

I built a new one last night for about $20 including the Loctite and way more hardware than I needed. It's going to get installed when it stops snowing... We're at around 8" I think, and the radar isn't looking pretty.

What is a Cobalt no-drill?

It's a front license plate holder that "clips" into the lower grill so that you don't have to drill holes in your bumper if the state that you live in requires you to have a front plate (NH in my case).

I have no idea, but I would personally steer you away from that specific bracket, to be honest. It was kind of flimsy, and again - it came off of my car. It's started to rust as well, and it's only been on since July. If I were going to get one (the first time) again, I'd probably look at something that would go into the front tow hook. Alta and CravenSpeed make some nice looking units for around $60. You can order them from Alta and WayMotorWorks.

Had some 205/45R17 Hankook Ventus V12 tires installed on my Challenge wheels ready for summer. The tread pattern looks very sporty. Still mixed winter weather up here so will stick with the winter tires for a while.

If anyone is interested, the Pirelli 01 DSST tires removed today were brand new (4 km mileage) and are available in the Marketplace section

I'm lucky if I break over 25MPG in the city with my driving.
