Wish I could find a nice black hood scoop hidden away in my garage!

Those are beautiful! Now that you've got the template and measurements you really should make and sell them.

At last, the set of Breyton GTS-R wheels I ordered have finally arrived.

Next up, getting them on the MINI.

Rotated my winter tires today. Looks like I've already burned through at least 1/4 of the tread on the front after 5,000km.

Installed Koni FSD shocks. Holy Cow! Along with the H-Sport RSB and lower engine mount, what an incredible difference. Cary corners like a champ now... with the RSB the understeer was pretty much eliminated and Cary was carving corners relatively flat. With the addition of the shocks, almost entirely flat cornering and rocking from quick shifts is GONE!! All I need at some point is a really nice set of sticky tires and I wonder how much better still he will perform in the twisties. Thanks, guys for all of the advice from earlier posts. I really appreciate it.

swung by the dealer to pick up the glove box organizer and they gave me a black "let's motor" license plate frame that they had sitting around in their break room.

Sorry to hear that. What year/type of transmission was in your mini?

In other news, I heard a survey on the radio last week that said Kia and Hyundai had among the best repurchase rates among previous owners.

Drove it over some logging roads in Washington's Coast Range with 13 other MINIs on the way to a really good hamburger place in Arctic Washington.

All the MINIs started out clean and waxed and arrived at the restaurant covered with mud!

It was really fun, Thanks, Salish Sea MINI Motoring Club!

it's an 03 CVT. i could drop another CVT (used) in for about $1600 if i did it myself but it just doesn't seem worth it considering how long a used one would probably last.
