Installed the JCW carbon fiber door pulls the other day.

And added a VEI Systems high resolution digital boost gauge using the existing Craven Speed Flexpod system. The aluminum arm hanging down from the mount point on the W bracket (under the Scangauge) is not the most elegant solution looks wise but it works quite nicely.

I drove back to CT to visit family for the weekend and remembered how much fun a drive the Merrit Parkway (CT rt 15) is.

@onefish2 nice installs, i think i drove through your neck of the woods. was cruising along 287/87 N and saw signs for Nanuet

I have had my "new" car for a few days and.....WOW SO much fun! i can't believe the difference in the ride and overall enjoyment.

I've also seen 5 or 6 other MINI's and waved a ton...2 justa's ignored, 1 S, 1 convertable S and i think there was anothe rin there...nada. a bit disappointing...no one waved back....surprised the dealer didn't mention the culture of MINI I think that would help if they did. I know JEEP does to its owners.

again, drove a good 100km today to visit some family and what a blast! even in traffic with the right tunes the car is fun...that or i'm so proud and happy with it!!!

WOOOOO!

Thorough hand wash followed by a Meguiars Instant Detail. Then I washed the windows, poorly. I used Windex and it left smears, possibly from over spray for the instant detail. I need to find something better for washing the windows. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Prima Clarity or Adam's Glass Cleaner. Get yourself a nice microfiber glass towel as well.

I modded the antenna and got a Lo Custom Antenna 7" for only $10, good price, made a difference in his appearance.

Today I rotated the tires. The wheels fit nice and tight. I had to beat them off the hubs with a rubber mallet to break the bond between the wheel & hub.

I was smilin too! Did I mention I finished my breakin during that trip so I got to floor it for the first time? I was a little worried I'd be disappointed after having a z28 for the last 7 years but I'm not disappointed at all!

That's what I use too. I really like it better than anything I have used in the past for glass.

Wow!! Look at those miles!! And I thought my 300 miles to the Dragon was a big deal.

I've been wondering if there was any other Mini's on here from North Alabama. Looks like there is...er...was now that you are in Idaho!
