Never mind all the questions...with the help of a club mate, we installed a 15% pulley and K&N HAI today. With it 106 deg outside, I had no interest in turning off the A/C to see how it sounded

hello.yesterday i pushed my car a little bit more jcw 211 with alta 17% and i saw at scangauge at 3rd gear 6.500rpm tha i had intake temperature 73 c.i have stock ic.is this good?

More than 45°C is not good, the ECU decrease the performance if the temp is more than 50°C

I know this is an old post but its my 1st as to im new to the MINI game and I love the HAI setup! For some reason I can not load any of the pictures throughout the thread :/ My filter (1550) will be in friday and id like to get the job done this weekend. Im debating between the elbow in the filter and the breather... Could anyone PM me a picture of the breather so I can actually see how you went about setting it up? Im hoping a picture through a PM will actually load and allow me to see how everyone else did theirs.

i think theres a couple of other threads that use the stock hose and just remove the cowl that makes it a "CAI"
