Drivetrain RMW's "Guess what's in the box?"
Sure, front mount sounds great. My engine looks stock and has the AC. With my water/meth system I can blow 60F IAT's on a 100F day. And mine cost less. Sounds like you go the JV solution again.
And yes, it is your exhaust and your tuner. Making comments like "you don't need the TVS because you already have cool inlet temps" just shows his lack of knowledge in engine systems despite what his CV is.

And not enough of this:

Proof or STFU!
We know your car is heavy Big Howe so we dont expect it to be quicker than Big Show's or Rustyboy's.
But we're trying to find away to compare cars, we cant compare around the SOW, you lot wont go to the drag strip.
You wont do 0- whatever because of "wheelspin"
So Bigshows 30-130 is quite a good test, also when Jan his doing his tuning tour if the dyno figures are low, a quick blat down the road will show that the performance is the same, the dyno is just numbers.
P.S Sorry Longboard we're not leaving you out

Damn I can't wait till I get my car from Jan so I can chime in at times like this.
But I will say who would put anything but his cam in his head, which is made to work perfectly with his header???
I also don't see why anyone takes their MINI to the drag strip. As stated many times here, it handles like a go cart, not straight line like an old school big block...

btw... what day is your car getting here off the boat again?
I got the registration the other day
Can we get back on track here before you guys get this thread locked please? BTW, could it be the fuel you guys use over in the UK? there can be a lot of factors for less power with the same mods. most of us who've been around here for a while, know about the huge variations in power output that the MCS can show. maybe you guys just have weaker motors?
Also, 286 HP is not that bad. it's been said for years around here that 300 HP on the M45 is very difficult to achieve without NOS, or turbo. Longboard with the Rotrex and Jan in his backyard has come just a hair short with months of development as a test mule. Everybody needs to calm down and go out and enjoy their cars, it's Sunday for crap's sake!

I agree..... start your own thread and let's see how it stands on its own...
for the mods out there.... please delete further posts that are NOT about the TVS on this thread as I want to get this back on track

286 bhp is at the fly not the wheels... I would kill for Longboards 299 WHP!
Oh and re the cam... the 1320 cam in mine is a newman cam which is also a RMW cam.
You know, the best part about this is I could go out at any time and do these tests, but watching you Brits cry like babies about a comparision is just too much entertainment.
I have nothing to prove, you guys want the comparision, not me.

Just from what I've seen in getting my RMW cam and having Jan tune my car, I would say that I have to agree with all of the great testimonials that he gets from everyone on here. Everything simply works and its threads like this that I hate so much because it tempts me so much to spend more money but IF I decide to drop more money into my motor its ganna be: TVS 900, RMW head, RMW injectors, RMW water/methanol, some clutch/LSD work and be done with it. I dont see why you would mix and match any other big ticket parts when you can have the best...
ill try to v-box when I get back with only 205whp... I will show data..
What have I criticized? I have tried to be helpful in showing you why you are not making the power you should, and the response from the UK crew has been that everyone in the US, including Church, dozens of dyno owner/operators and hundreds of customers, are lying and in a big conspiracy to hold Paul and 3 customers down in the UK. Are you serious?
We have told you multiple times what is wrong and what you need to do to fix it. If you put half as much effort into listening and applying what others have learned you would be much farther ahead. Instead, you believe calling people out and beating your chest, with inferior numbers and methods, is going to get you somewhere?
I think you guys need to go back and take a serious look at your approach otherwise you will be in this same spot next year, behind the curve and not knowing how to fix it.

Matson isn't open to find out from them, as when I track my vin on their website it only shows when it shipped out here.
I also tried to bring it up online with my GPS tracker, but low and behold it doesn't work in the middle of the ocean inside a big metal ship...
I'll pm more.

Big Howe, we're not accusing you or Jan or anyone of lying, you can only report what you see, so if the dyno says in CA 260 thats what it is, if the dyno in Texas says 220, thats what it is.
So in theory there has to be some common ground where all of us over the world can compare data.
We cant compare dynos that for sure, we cant compare road track times for obvious reasons, we cant compare 1/4 mile times because a lot of you dont want to go, so what else is availble and common for all of us?
What would you say is a fair timing between all of us all over the world?
2000 -7000 in 3rd ? 30 - 90
Ther are quite a few 30 -130 tables about
Jans right we should start another thread.

Oh Paul,
When Jan is doing tunes the numbers are very important because it's about the delta and smoothing things out which show up perfectly on the dyno.
Leaving me out of what?
Longboard
It was a company I worked for... Race Precision Inc... www.raceprecision.com The Best tuning company for nobles(m400's and m12), e60m5/e63m6's, saturn sky's/ pontiac solstice... they also make intercoolers for 335i and 996turbo exhausts... The company noble made 474whp on pump gas on a dyno dynamics heartbreaker! An e60 m5 with the charcoal filter removed only makes 390whp! Nobles only weigh 2400lbs so its a pretty wicked ride...
I have jan's tunes and the basic bolt-ons, 15% pulley, exhaust, lightweight crank, dinan intake, obx header (i think)...

Who is worried? We are still waiting for someone to get close to us on the track............Last I saw everyone is 3-5sec behind
Turning off the sarcasm
- the point of this thread has been lost, and that sucks because what was in the box should be of great interest to R53 people, regardless of testing, claims, whatever... Let's be educated readers, people - there are VENDORS here with a vested interest in your perception of their company; are we really so naive to believe that anyone spits the actual, real, un-spun truth? Come on, let's get over it, read critically, and keep up with the exciting news: a NEW supercharger!mb
