Drivetrain Project X-300
250WHP is no longer
! I know this means nothing without numbers and a chart but Jans not done and he will show the finished product very soon.
I took the day off work to watch Jan work on the tune on the dyno. It was a nice 90 degree day out at the dyno. This place was very cool. They even have a climate controlled engine dyno. I was surprised that they only had two small fans. They blow air at about 25 MPH. It didn't matter though. The car ran for ten minutes before the first of 5 base runs were made. They never turned the car off once between the runs. From the first to the last the car pulled within 2hp up or down from the first. This was amazing. It never heat soaked. I HAVE THE STOCK IC AS WELL!!! The results at the end of day one are just awesome. Jan did a great job.
The ride home took 45 minutes. It should have taken an hour but I couldn't help but hammer it. My water temp never got over 185 the whole trip. The car pull super hard yet is really smooth from idle to red line.
The best part is there is more to come.

I didn't want to be tease. I was going to keep things quite but I just couldn't.
Don't fry me because I'm not showing today's numbers.

New NAM ruling, you can only show a dyno sheet with a time slip and the weighbrige ticket
Luckly I know you guys WONT so that means we can have loads of banter again, beause it has been very boring the last couple of months

we have to go fix the fuel system as the injectors just tailed off above 7k
it will lay down over and over 250whp at 7k , something the eaton will NEVER do.
yes, 380cc's
there are a few other issues above 7k that need addressed and we are on it
I'm saving my penny's. Is Brian running the smaller pulley now? I look forward to my test drive.

this has been on the car for months now
we are working on the issues that stand in our way as we want to get this done as soon as possible and still have the kit right
Hey Jan are you considering injectors larger than 380cc? I saw Tuls pointed out 440's, what will the benefit be?
I know that you can run more boost and then lean it back out, but is the kit maxed with the 380's?

have to
Jan,
any idea on fuel economy changes?
(Also, if you would need an extensive test on the autobahn, let me know
The no-speed-limit zone starts about 20 miles from my home, just enough to get her warmed up.)

I can't wait for the next step. This thing drives awsome right now and knowing it's only going to get better makes me
