Just got back from doing some errands.

Now I gotta go to this wildlife rehabilitation center to take a baby barn swallow my daughter found.

 

you're not going to BG it before taking him in, right?

It was more of an Earl Grey. And looked like it needed some claying and serious PC work.

going motoring this am on my MCS and will see if it squeaks at me
again on the expressway

 

no whistle today.

came home and dusted, QD'ed. i think i like the version2 spray head
on my clarity bottle.

 

got a 4day weekend coming up starting Friday.

it's going to be pretty hot (90F in the afternoon) so i think i will
do majority of the detailing in the morning. im thinking im going to
wash the MCS for the first time this year and amigo/wax the rest
of him using my RO.

then do some touch up work on the black painted areas where
rocks have chipped away at the paint (aft of front tires mostly).

i still need to finish the rest of the inspection and re-set the
counter.

 

Sounds like a full day! I just helped a friend change his rotors on his MCS last night which turned into detailing the under cairrage. Looks good, makes me want a BBK.

 

huh, i would rather have lighter wheels before bbk. similar if not same
effect.

 

Already have some, not too light, but 14 lbs isnt bad

..so going back to my Amigo experience, i think i much prefer to do the
entire car now that my MCS's butt looks darker and much deeper blue
than the rest of the car.

i think im getting another level of depth from my BofS with Amigo base.
cant wait for Friday's Amigo/BofS app.

 

I wish I had just gone outside and done some detailing this evening, but no, I have to read some threads, get my mood for doing anything shot to crap.

I do, thanks. Just needed to vent elsewhere for a while Plus my partner helps me get through the grumpy times.

I also need to do something about the lighting in the carport. Sun does not stay up as long here as it does back north of the 49th, sun is still up there as of this post.

Need has little to do with it

 

flourescent lighting is the best. i use those 33w tube pairs x5
in the garage along with 3 twisty flourescent lighting... for lower areas
i have those flourescent flood lights. very nice lighting in all directions.


i can see that, scurves.

 

When does need have anything to do what we buy? Wheels, pulleys, more waxes...

 

when your standard is as high as ours need comes quickly.
