So my 1Z enszett cockpit premium cleaner arrived today. It says on the Detailers Domain website that that stuff protects against UV light. Yet on the bottle it says nothing of this. I trust that it does block UV light, since if it did not, there would be a huge uproar from DD's customers.

I've yet to try it out. I also didn't know about the citrus smell, one of my least favorite smells. But this is a different kind of citrus smell, and I hope it will dissipate quickly. Just might have to use the delicious leather cleaner on the seats after to block the citrus.

Return it. No one wants their cars smelling like oranges. for leather I use Griot's LeatherCare Spray most of the time and routinely use LeatherCare on spots (like some areas of driver's seat, shiftboot right under the ****, etc). Smells excellent!

So my shaver has been kinda slow the last few month, I even took the battery out and conditioned it in my RC car battery conditioner (Novak for you rc folks ) and it got better but still slow. I thought it was time to get a new shaver so ordered up a new one as backup.

Then just yesterday I accidentally dropped the shaver from the sink onto ceramic tile. It was a large bang. but now, it works like a champ! holy cattle.

We should all start dropping things onto ceramic tiles when things sound like they are about to die.

I used the cockpit premium stuff today. The smell dissipated to an acceptable level. I will see if it tapers off more, but this weekend I will condition my leather, this will smell very good. Anyway, that cockpit stuff cleaned up the dust in the recesses of the interior bumpy texture and some dried on mud. Everything dried to a natural matte finish, just as advertised. It is good stuff, I'd say. Also vacuumed the interior.

You'll be spotted sipping coffee at 3am in the garage on a lawn chair watching over the newborn before the week is out.

Gotta start a mostly full detail this weekend, in prep for MOTD next weekend. Plan to wash, maybe clay and paint touch-up today. More tomorrow.

Coffee sounds good. wheels sound good too!

Yah, its so convenient not to get the car dirtified if you don't have to.

This am clumsy me hit my left knee cap on the kitchen table leg as I was getting up. OUCH I had to lay down and ice it down. so I guess I'm happy its crappy out cause my G and Z's clutch is pretty heavy and might be pretty painful motoring.

I motoring my FitS for knee trial and with its feather light clutch my knee is otay. hope to get it fixed by next weekend.

Why is it that racial profiling is illegal yet the census asks what your nationality is?

I should put Prima and mailed it back. I only speak prima and griot's.

Constitutional obligation, number of people is all that's required, I was in a good mood so they got ages too.

My Husband was none to happy with me when I told him to "just shred it!!"...and NO I wasn't kidding. He took over filling it out...I don't even know what info. he gave them??!!

Like don't THEY already know all of this info. because WE have to give it to 'them' on say a "Driver's License"??!! Oh, yeah...not everyone who drives a car has a License and/or POI!!

Don't get me started on the Census...I'd have to chuck my computer across the room!!

This was like our insurance company sending me notice to fill-out the cars I have and its license plate numbers. like wth do you need this info, just look it up in your frikken database?!

And they sent it a second time so threw it both out.

All those MINI ads, the G350z's must be shaking in their tires.

Watching the DVR'ed Grand-Am Rolex series @ VIR; sorta passing the time until F1 gets to Spain.
