Uhh yeah.. right. It's a pencil skirt from J.Crew. For me, not for Dave or either one of the MINIs.

That reminds me Ken, I got a notification of shipping at about 2am toady....it's coming smartpost, it was shipped on the 28th And it's still in Texas!

I didn't quote the photos because I'm pretending engine bays don't have that much space for hands to reach the motor.

And pics of Dave in said skirt might be TMI

From wikipedia: A pencil skirt is a slim fitting skirt with a straight and narrow cut which is typically worn by women. Generally the hem falls to, or just below, the knee and is tailored for a close fit. Its name comes from its shape: long and slim.

And no pics. The brown truck isn't here yet. Dave claims that it usually comes in the evening. I'm a sad panda.

ahh, sounds good. huh, i thought you would wear the new pencil skirt for dinner?

i need to get a gift for my wife fast (for mom's day)... i keep asking her what she has in mind, but she's like not sure what she wants and forgets to tell me. i only like a few more days to buy.

she was flashing a Coach 25% off coupon the other day to me so im thinking that's what she wants? but which one?

... to be continued

but in other news, i saw a new shelby this am and when the guy turned on his right turn signal i LOL'ed.... the 3 segmented tail lamp flashed in a sequence like a "merge right" construction sign. very redneck and just right for detroit, i guess.

Coach is almost always a win. So are diamonds. Roll with one of those ideas and you'll come out okay. Both and you'll be Husband of the Year.

Leslie are you coming out for Pugfest 2010?
http://www.milwaukeepugfest.com/

Ken I think the Mustang thing is supposed to make it more "knight rider-ish". Moss Motors sells the kit for it on their webpage.

Hmmm Coach and diamonds, might be able to not need to get a puppy this year....

ok, sent my wife a reminder email just now asking... told her Coach is okay but prefer she let me know her first and second choices so that i dont go there and get a 'oh, we're out of stock it'll ship via USPS or SmartPost' BS.

i think i spend more money on coach than i do car mods these days.

Seeing as how dinner was leftovers I didn't feel the need to dress up. Oh and I need to wash it before I wear it..

Oh to keep it detailing related.. I discovered a giant paint chip/scrape when I was washing Geoffrey the other day. It's on the front lower bumper and it looks like something sharp hit it and took off a chunk of paint so you can see metal. It's pretty small, about 1/2in long. The fix will have to wait until I get back to LA and even then it may wait until after I stop traveling so much. Good news is that it's low enough to the ground that I don't care so much. Go figure that it's the part that isn't covered by clear bra..

Not so Detailing related...or may be it is?? I've got a New Tab to put on Molly and I want to take the Old one off (2 I think), I was using WD40 yesterday and a Plastic Paint Scraper. Surprisingly I've gotten about a 1/10 of it off, but due to my surgery I'm really sore today and won't be working on it.

Anybody have any other suggestions, I need it off by Saturday AM, I have to cheat and drive Molly 2 miles to a shop where our Durango is having its' Brakes done.

Ken it is a Year Tab for Molly's Vehicle License. That's why it's important that I have it off/on before Saturday AM. Them little buggers are quite "sticky"!!

Just fixed Pearl up using zip ties; and made a run where I pulled 259BHP It's amazing what those little plastic inventions will do.

So while I think the 259 might be a tad optimistic and more voodoo than the SGII can handle, I did get more that a full pound of boost added to my WOT, after forcing the BPV to stay shut; makes me wonder how long it's been broken but not to the point I noticed it was an issue, the past few months or so have been almost unbearable so I had to do something and so far this seems like it's going to be a good temporary fix until I order a new BPV and adjust the set screw for it.
