Must be summer, busy here
My right front wheel bearing went out last year. It made awful noise that got progressively worse. When I went to the dealer (by interstate) to buy the bearing, the noise got really bad. On the way back it was deafening. Yeah I buy parts from the dealer. Somebody has to, or else they won't be there anymore. Sometimes you just want/have to have a part now, and don't want to wait for shipping.
I don't know, my sister gave me this camera months ago and this was only an occasional problem. It had gotten progressively more common until every shot is like that. The screen has always shown exactly what the image ends up as, be it "art" or normal.

Still looks great for an old timer

Close up:
Look just above the chrome grill surround. These are not water spots. They are repaired rock chips. But with metallic paint the touch-ups never match the contours and catch the light differently. So they stand out. At least there will be no rust on exposed metal.

If you guys were wondering how I obtained such good digital images with my camera being unsuited for the task, I borrowed one.
There are a few spots elsewhere on the body I need to get touched up. They are not bare metal, but down to the primer, I'd assume. No idea how I'd get chips in the middle of the door, away from gravel blast, or on the rear, unless the vortex is so powerful that it sucks rocks back with great force. Primer doesn't rust, does it?

yah, should melt tomorrow...54F tomorrow and sunny.... so planning on taking out the z.
i made this remote switch for my lexicon yesterday (it's for my reverb processor where i can assign different functionality). i used 2 radioshack momentary switches i had left over from the HU install in my Z, and also the RCA pigtails i cut from the remote wire from 2 different HU harnesses.
works great. saved me $48.20. now i can scroll through the program files without having to reach over.

I never got too much into the sound stuff when I did theatre, but I was the guy that could be stuck anywhere to fill any gap at any point in time, so I've used several Mackie boards over the years, they seemed to survive many years in the environments that gave quite a beating and I had a few friends that swore by them.Took some time this evening messing with my cheapo radar detector, building a clip on horn extension (making the antenna 2x bigger than the V1s) but either the radar gun needs new batteries or this thing is just really dead to K-band no matter how the antenna is.
motoron- yah, mackie's are basically all ive used since about 20yrs ago. i have/had a few of their models and each time they impress how invisible they are in a mix and super head-room. and they are made like tanks. drop one on your foot and say bye bye to your toes.

motored my G this am.
was a nice a drive.
even went ahead and washed my white FitS!
did inside and out and was pretty filthy. hydro'ed and nero'ed. and slick'ed my G's wheels.
each time i use those prima bottles they **** me off how they suck.
i need to count inventory of my Griot's nozzles and empty bottles and change them ASAP.
