ML -i found out that this SmartPost is actually a hybrid FEDEX Ground + USPS system. it's a POS.

parts leave from a major fedex hub to a fedex ground hub. then from there FedEX sends out a USPS pickup request and ship by USPS. WTF.

i hate it. this has got to be one of the most stupidest service inline with the pos company that makes pulleys and rear swaybars and cai's.

Speaking of shipping deliveries....got the most recent purchase in, that's right last arrived first and from across the country. So I've got the corner balanced laser mouse going instead of an annoying touchpad. Now the stuff that was ordered one and two weeks ago is still yet to be seen But I did get an unexpected package of Easter chocolates

Wait I think I missed it. What is this CF thing, and what does it stand for? A Carbon Fiber something something?

Gave Josie the SOCW treatment this morning in the garage...she was just a little dusty (with a few bugs) and it's going to rain all day anyway. No sense in busting out the big tools.

I wanted to Amigo and Epic while I was at it but I couldn't find the Amigo in the current madness that is our garage.

Drew is out there now wiring up my radar detector (the only real holdover from Clara, besides the GPS, the wheels, and the plates). It'll be nice to have that all done and working again Was going to do some wheel painting also but it's raining so probably not today. Sometime in the next week though, for sure!

Sounds like a bizy sat, ML. Good to hear josie's getting her makeup and accessories done. yah, definitely don't paint when it's humid cause you can end up with a cloudy finish (even matte paint turns like this ugly semi gloss some times).

I was out sick due to sore throat and top of lungs, and fever this am so going to do the CF next week some time.

Me getting ill comes at a bad time cause my younger one is also pretty sick from a cold and I hate to let the wife do laundry and look after my kids. I told her sorry, and ill get better real quick. she said I better.

I think I have some thing coming to me.

Going to play some tunes on my VPiano...

Very clean motoron!

I should get me a nav unit... Not so much for nav, but to get realtime traffic info. most of them are now free service like googlemobile, right?

maybe something ill do next year. Sucks when I'm heading up 53 and suddenly clogged.

So I'm feeling better today. Going to take it easy. Going to spend the whole day inside the house.

Mine has traffic service and it's pretty cool...I used to use it a lot in CA. But it's $60/year (it's the MSNLive variety) and I've let it lapse since returning to WI.

We're going to brunch this morning with my parents and brothers and their kids/wives/girlfriends, then I *think* my brother's girlfriend's parents ( ) are having an Easter egg hunt at their house for all the kids.

Woah, woah, woah. Sat-navs can see traffic now? How is this sorcery accomplished? Does the thing have cell phone tech inside, with a network of lackeys and minions to enter the data? Amazing.

I only use my sat-nav as a co-driver on twisty roads during my trips. It is set up to show me the next few curves. I mount the unit on my window.

It's an MSN service called MSN Direct. It works by satellite, just like GPS itself. It was quite handy in CA, if there was an accident up ahead, it would tell you and you could get off at the next exit before getting stuck in gridlock.

My brother scratched Josie's rear bumper today, helping me load a chair in through the hatch. It's pretty tiny, I think it will actually buff out okay but there's a spot where it may be down to primer, not sure yet.

Sorry to hear about the scratch, ML. hope it buffs out. Can it be covered by those rubber bumper cover thingies?

So today I'm not well enough to go to work, yet not sick enough to get a docs note (our stupid company policy is to have docs note if you want paid sick time after 3day holiday ) and so I'm going to go to work to get everyone sick and I get paid doing so.

Push comes to shove *them all!
Some of them can use a good dose of flu virus to upset their stomache to offset their weight anyway.

I do think it'll buff out. It's really small and almost not noticeable. He's such an oaf though...just because his truck is 20 years old he thinks he can cram stuff into my car with complete disregard. It may need a little dab of touch-up though. I haven't gone down there to really take a super good look at it yet.

yah, i noticed that MOST folks a little scratch here and there dont bother them. actually unless it's gouging they dont even notice.

it's been like this on my FitS too...like, i get music gear, some of them are kinda clumsy shaped, i kinda jam it into my trunk. boom. nice scratch on the car, no scratch on the box. and no one cares cause 'its a car.'

does not got that smoothly on a "car" though.

woo, which reminds me. i need to go cough deeply at the paper cups in the kitchen.

hey tiger's back.

PGA without tiger is like a body with no head. they should just let tiger win a couple of times so that others can get some pubicity and maintain solid sponsors for their industry. otherwise they'll be like flying kites. no one knows any one and no one cares.

im in a pissed off mood today. wat else shall i comment about?
