Back up in rural Manitoba were I used to live, we had a well water problem in the area, so everyone had to get their well water tested. Some friends of mine took a test sample from their hose, it failed because of a high bacteria count. Same well water tested from the kitchen tap passed, no problems.

I grew up on a farm, and we used to drink outta the hose all the time. Never hurt me none. Except for a little slurred speech and these dang headaches. And Obsessive tendencies...

A rule in Wyoming is always drink upstream of the cow pens. Well more of a guideline really.

I'm a farm girl (my parents were dairy farmers til I was 13) and we drank from the hose all the time.

I think I'm okay, yeah?

yeah ML you're fine except for that dang trick elbow of yours.

we had well water at my house and i think i preferred the water from the hose. must have been all that fungus amongus that gave it the extra flavor.

but suprisingly enough i don't like mushrooms. wierd...

hey, i grew up in a farmland myself... we had well water, tasted great.
i also drank out of the tap. im still here. my grandparents were
farmers... my pops is a retired hobby farmer. he likes digging so i call
him golfer during the golfing season, and gopher during the farming
season.

anyway, just run the tap for a min or two before filling up your washbucket
and you're fine.

I'm sensing a theme here. I used to drink out of the garden hose as a kid, too.

Hose drinking... OCDetailers disease... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

i got a set of those combination ratchets with the flex head,
3/8 drive easy to read deep sockets, and a couple of loose sockets
for my 1/2 drive.

next thing on my list for the garage are those ramps, but since i
can still use mine if i put my poc (piece of crap) extensions i made,
i may postpone it.

i do want to get the SK offset box wrench ratchets though. those
are waaay cool... spline drive, reversable.

I think I am going to double-dose on the painkillers and try to polish this weekend.

It'll be like polishing after a few beers. Fun, right?

It's got to get done, I can't take it anymore!

A few beers and a R/O buffer... could get interesting. You might end up with the shiniest tires in the country.

Finally washed the yellow haze off Blimey tonight... much better. He'll be covered again by the weekend, probably (though I might try to keep ahead of it with the duster this time...)...

Swept out the garage before I pulled the car back in and literally had a PILE of pollen...

Wow... and I didn't even notice... I broke 4000 posts sometime today... so I've ALMOST caught Ken...

(yeah, right)...

Harbour Freight has them, not the best quality, but cheap. You could just get one of the stands that hold a drill if you only want one that small.
