Also spotted a hot orange MCSC on 395 heading south through DC on my way in to work. Tried to catch up, as I was 1 car behind the whole time... But it was 395. Meh. Nice license plate tho, 'SZ MTRZ'.

Wednesday evening at 4:50 PM, both of us northbound Rte-29 near Ellicott City, MD. Saw and waved at DeeSquare and Oswald. DeeSquare waved back at me and Red 5. Both of us had huge smiles! Nice to see another CDMM member motoring.

As soon as it gets warm we'll need to have a get together at the Soft Serve/Forest Diner on Route-40 across from Enchanted Forest.

Jet black 05 MCS with white roof, making a left off of 17th street onto H-street, about 7:30 am... DC plates, female driving.

1 block later, Chili red MCS with DC plates travelling southbound on 17th, passed pennsylvania. Looked really clean, and slick with black roof... Maybe an 06.

 

Kirwood Street in Arlington. Indi Blue Cooper. I think just a Cooper, could be an S. Parked there past two mornings as I drive by to work. I know I have seen your car at events - you have a "wizard" on your antena. Did you buy that house?

 

SPRCOOP, tags on a blue MCS. Was driving recklessly on SE/SW Freeway in high traffic last night. Was right on my *** at 65 mph, he found an opening and must have hit 100 going around me. Whoever you are, your driving was irresponsible and dangerous. Don't kill anybody, ok?

MC, Maroon-ish/Black (sorry don't know the MC-only colors), 198 past 295. I was behind you in the DS/B MCS until 32.

Velvet Red or Solar Red are MC only colors. SR is this year only, VR is 2002-03 methinks.

Saw 3 Electric Blue MCSs tonight...

I crossed paths with one of them on Canal Rd. & Arizona Ave. (~8PM). Looked like you had custom stripes - I gave you a quick honk...

The two others I saw as I was heading towards DC on GW Parkway at around 4:15-4:30.

 

Saw RIPPLE's BRG/MCC earlier this week turning onto 13th street NW by the CVS. I was of course walking. There were two of you in the car.

Yesterday, on Rt. 50 to Annapolis: PS/MC. Pulled up beside you in the fast lane and attempted a wave, but you started stretching. I don't blame you. When I get caught in a stretch, I tend to ignore people too

 

Red MCS "RedCoat" MD tags this morning 8:30 ish right in from of my house on Maryland Ave in Historic Annapolis. I waved you looked at me ??? Then I realized I was jogging , but Streghina was parked a few feet away !!!!

Saw a bunch of MINI's yesterday on the B/W Parkway.

1. You were making a left turn off 198 into the shopping center. You were in a dark blue MC. I didn't look up in time to see if you waved or not.

2. PS/B headed north along the parkway.

3. mdsbrain - I think I saw your pumpkin orange mini motoring along north on the parkway about 2 minutes later. You had the top down and I stuck my hand out to wave, but I'm not sure you caught me in time.

4. I was behind a BRG/B MC headed south along the parkway all the way from the 197 exit to 193 exit. You headed straight when I got off.

5. CR/W w/white bonnet stripes headed north along the parkway about 4 minutes after seeing mdsbrain.

6. CR/W turning into UMd's campus from 193/Greenbelt Road.

This was the most MINI's I've seen that weren't participating in an DCMM event. Very cool

 

If you saw me yesterday on the parkway then yah that was me.

 

You, on New York Ave Monday late afternoon a PS/MCS with right side marker hanging down by the wires. Tried to tell you that it was swinging in the breeze. You said thanks and that we (Mini owners) should stick together. Hope you were able to pull over and fix it before it scratched the pant.

 

MINI owner? Confused by someone in a Chrysler Mini Van waving at you today on the BW Parkway, PA Ave or in Georgetown? Yes, that was me. Dropped family off at the airport this morning in my mother's mini van. No way to fit them and the luggage in a MINI. Kept waving at MINIs all the way into work. They all looked confused...........

 

Saw a Silver/Blk MCS parked on Upton St with a DCMM sticker and a euro plate - "Pog Mo Thoin"

First DCMM Mini spotting for me.

I was parked a block down from there.

 

it seems to me that every Mini I see does not see me. I wave, toot my horn, whatever. They just look at me like I am just a crazy loon and drive on. Mean Minis. They just aren't in the sprit!
Of course when I actually see a mini that will probably have a driver that will respond, I am not in my car!

 

Ha ha!! That is hilarious! You ought to watch what you repeat in Gaelic! That's a phrase I heard often growing up thanks to my Irish mother!

 

Well it did have an IRL sticker on it as well!
