SSSSOoooooo angry that I did not have a camera ... but I tagged a Black/White Mini CLASSIC at the Best Buy in White Marsh today !!!! SO cool seeing a classic on the streets !

 

There's a classic with a for sale sign... Red Mini white stripes, on Rt 50 about a 1/8th of a mile west of Fairfax circle. In front of a store out by the road on the North side of the street...

 

I've seen that Mini a few times around the Essex area but I'm either working or heading in the wrong direction when I see it to get a close-up of it.

 

7:30AM or so westbound VA267 Toll Road right about the Hunter Mill Rd exit, BRG/W MC pre-2004 gave me the V for victory as I was reaching to wave. Good day to you sir.

Damn, what is this world coming too? 2008 ends with a couple people actually waving to me before I can wave to them. Here's to 2009 continuing the trend. Happy New Year to you and yours.

 

Spotted Scavenger at MOS today. Sorry i didn't actually get to say hello, you were checked in by somebody else.

I did however check in another DCMM member today, but don't know your username on here. Black/Black MINI S, with dark tint, chrono pack, tinted taillights, JCW bodykit, and silver wheels. Looks VERY close to my setup in the spring/summer.

 

Red & White Cooper parked next to me at work, garage at 2450 Crystal Drive... Nice to come out and find a MINI next to me!

I see lotza MINIs the past few weeks, a wave or two returned but that's it. I consistently pass an O2B/W MC, Lightening Blue MCS w/white racing stripes, a Clubman in NF Red with black racing stripes, PW/B R56 MCS and a Silver MC on my way to and from work, I wave and never get replies.... I guess they think I'm nutz.....I do see MrMagoo often and he's always good for a wave

They are all over the place near me. 3 surrounding me @ the golds gym in crofton last night. 1 on top of Lord & Taylor parking garage that took my short parking space (literally mini or motorcycle only) last night too.

Saw a silver R56 in the parking lot where I work yesterday, and I think Monday too. The JCW body kit was looking fresh. It was in Clinton, MD at 7915 Malcolm Road. I tagged him/her, maybe we will hear something from them. I didn't see the card on the ground.

 

Followed and waved to 2004+ MCS DG/S Va Plates 'M TINI' this morning, outbound 66 and extension to the Dulles Toll Road at about 10:15 DCMM sticker in the driverside rear window. Your car was so clean, my Mini was so not. Goo' Day.

 

Passed CCC777 on Twinbrook Pkwy on Saturday....I was driving the other Mini-van So you wouldn't have seen me

 

Saw 14 MINIs at snow tubing place yesterday !!!

Saw five or six MINIs in Key West last week. Half cabrio, majority justa's.

Then saw two or three more up in Marathon and Islamorada this week.

Finally saw a Clubman on Card Sound Road heading south when we were on our way back to Lauderdale yesterday.

What do those poor devils do for twisties??

 

COOL! Sorry I didn't get to this sooner, I haven't checked this thread in a while. Yeh, I was in there getting a few minor issues taken care of. Which reminds me, I've got to go back for my replacement serpentine belt! Maybe I'll see ya next time
