Last night when i was leaving Greene Turtle on York Rd, I saw two MINI's parked in front of the sushi place behind recher.

One CR MCC, one PS MCS with black viper stripes?

i only got to tag the silver one...the red one had a group of people near it.

 

I saw a brand new R56 laser blue on 495 yesterday. Temp tags and everything. Looked like they were driving back from MoT or MoA after just picking it up. I guess they were too busy playing with all the gadgets to realize their was another Mini next to them.

 

East-West Highway in Bethesda about 7:50 am yesterday, while waiting for my interview, saw a Chocolate Brown/Silver Clubman go by. First Clubman I saw on the road.

 

Passed a BRG/B MCC with wire wheels and top open on 103 near Ellicott City yesterday evening. I was driving Preston so I was undercover !

 

That is awsome!!!!

Of course the Smart car gets unbelievably better gas milage while I'm now paying $4/gal, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!!!

 

A VERY enthusiastic wave from a red (CR) / Black stipes on Greenspring Ave. by Broadway ! THANKS from the Laser Blue with white stripes that waved at you out the window !

 

Saw a bunch of MINI's out today in the monsoon. Nobody looked very happy...

 

Spotted MrFalcon in Columbia near Exxon gas station, Snowden River Rd. I think you're heading to Wendy's. I waved but you might not see me. I was in my wife RSX.

 

And today's just wonderful too I'm pretty sure I would have a tough time living over in England or Ireland.....a year tops ! Its like last year's rain thrown in on this year's !

 

Yea, Its a good thing I waxed my car last week! Still beading......

 

Who was driving that Mini I saw on NBC 4 news this morning? They were going thru some pretty deep water!! Sure hope that lower intake didn't suck up any water

 

Saw an R53 MCS blue w/ Dark Side on the top of the boot glass on 270 this evening. I was in a blue Honda Element passing you on the left

 

Spotted my first "known" MINI last night coming home from dinner.

Saw CRPagan with his awesome new blue rims on Father Hurley at 8pm. Looking sharp, Carlos!

Too bad we were three lanes left of you and it was pouring down rain. We were shouting, "Carlos, we have your DCMM hats! Follow us home!"

But alas, you turned off with hearing us.

Followed and passed a Wensleydale "Imposter" on RT29 yesterday, 'cept she was missing the u-stripe. I've seen this lady before in the area but have never chatted. I was in Preston so I didn't want to scare her into thinking I was some kind of weirdo....ok so I am but you know what I mean....

 

Saw a Purple Haze/White S(?) on Mace Avenue today about 4:10.

I was driving along the curb in my Ugly White/ Ugly White Anti-MINI (postal LLV, but hey, it is RHD ).

Also saw a SS/B in the parking lot across the street from the post office.

Coupla days ago, saw a Hyper Blue/can't remember parked on the same lot. Even got to tag it! (Tom will be so proud! )

 

And they just keep popping up in Essex!

On my way to breakfast this morning, I saw an R56 Cooper traveling on Eastern Boulevard at the intersection of Marlyn Avenue. Chili Red/ Black. You, mystery motorist are a person of impeccable taste.

I saw a Wensleydale look-a-like today near Hagerstown on I-70. The driver even looked a little like Mike... of course it was traveling in the opposite direction 4 lanes over, so I couldn't really see that well.

 

so i see coopers al the time i have a LY/ black bonnet and drive alll the time and every mini i see doesnt wave acknowledge or even flash the brights....maybe northern va isnt as mini friendly as other areas

 

It wasn't me but I did notice that the gas gauge was lower when I took her out last

 

I wave to everyone in NOVA and I think i got one back in the last three months...

 

Saw R56 Pepper White near Reston Pkwy and Baron Cameron, today...i swear their front license plate frame started blinking red when they saw me!

 

Waved to a couple in a red cabrio yesterday evening near the Kohls in Fair Lakes. Got a return wave as well!

I was in my Jet Black R53 with my father.

 

I got an extremely enthusiatic wave from a couple in a silver cabrio with the top down yesterday around 6pm on Chain Bridge Road in Oakton. Definately the most enthusiastic wave I have ever gotten. I was letting my mom drive my mini, and it was her first time driving it, so she got all giggly about having another mini driver wave at her. lol.
