Was It You?¿?¿?
I hope I did not mis-speak in my original post, i.e. when I wrote the sentence "Your wave is not worthy of response, because who the ^%$% are you anyway?" I was referring to the voice/consciousness of those that cannot (for whatever reason, valid or not) seem to drop their guard enough to accept a wave, return a wave, hello or "nice car" for what it is ... pure human contact. I was not trying to say that I felt that way. I was not the one saying "Who the %$#@ are you!" Does that make better sense?
What is sad is not the people who don't get it, but as has been pointed out here is that we live in a world, a place (and a locality in DC) that seems to reinforce that unreceptive attitude.
I guess we all agree, wave because you feel it. Wave because it's a good thing. Rejoice in those that respond and well, don't let those that don't define your outlook. Don't let the non-responders shackle your buzz.
I apologize if my original post came across as pompous. I may be, but it was not my intent. I am sorry if it read that way.

In that case i apologize for misunderstanding . but like i said i do agree ...just because we like to wave doesnt mean others have to wave back but i agree big time with a few posts up that said some people just dont wave back because they *gasp * look at a mini as a mode of transportation
it may just be their mode of transportation, but they did still choose it over thousands of other cars. so even if they don't wave, they at atleast had enough mini enthusiasm to buy one.
i love it when i get waves back, but if i dont, im still excited i saw another mini.

How were you tagged while only in the store for a couple minutes? Simple!
I work at the 'Mart during my time home between Spring and Fall semesters. I happened to be on cart duty at the time and noticed you fly into the parking lot. I covertly made the tag while you were inside
Little did you know that I was elsewhere in the parking lot doing my job!I wasn't planning on blowing my cover and ruining the mystery, but I just couldn't resist!
Heh heh heh.... It was I!

Good one !!! And I was flying
into the parking lot ?? Probably just checking out the CAI and cat-back exhaust that was JUST installed.
By thy way... did you like my parking spot selection ?
Thanks for the tag... I'll have to keep an eye out for your MINI next time I stop in there.

I'd rather have someone else design my car for me *shrugs*
interested?!?!
...no seriously
No pic. But, if there's any photoshop pro out there.... Of course, you will then have to buy a snake (if you don't already have one).
On the way home from work tonight---saw a purple haze cabrio around 5:15 today on 83- right lane (puuurdy
)
passed a BRG MC on Northern Pkwy
Behind a CR MCS on York Rd
all women...
no waves from any *shrugs*

maybe it's the weather, but I've been getting a lot more return waves in the last week. One driver in particular that I've waved to a few times before finally smiled and waved back.
This morning, I followed a dark blue and silver clubman down part of Russel and Callahan to Duke Street. First clubman I've seen in the wild. I tried to position for a wave, but they were turning right on Duke and I was turning left.
